I find it good tau. Sebelum i was on the pill.. my period heavy and painful.

But now that I'm off the pill and on bidadari only, i find my period is ok and manageable.

In the *ehem* dept also good lah ade improvement. At least the mood is there la (pls note: tak sampai level Lina dan kawan kawan yer)
But something is better than nothing.
