aku nmpk orang bobal pasal manuka w umf! i agree w Lynzi.. it really works. for me, slalu batuk bole drag smp 2 weeks tau.. now batuk sikit telan manuka... alhmdllh baik.. within days!! adam pun makan. sarah once a week. ut she dun really like..

smlm went out w gf!! went cosway pt, then pi west coast!! lantak rojak andung and bubur kampong! then pi imm shopping lagik.. haha and today masak bubur lemak w caipo and cili hijau! makan w sambal kicap! berdesing! power! tapi kurang telor asin plak!

as for manuka, i ate like dat. one tablespoon. tapi pekat sey so oni nak bauk2 then i eat ut the kids eat once a week. baru start batuk manaade phlegm so cnt ans dat qsn...

do you all know that we have to re-apply for the Banquet Card. THe old version cannot use anymore?
change of card will be different date at different place.
8 to 10 May at Vivo City,
15 to 17 May at East Point,
I think 22 to 24 at Causewaypoint.

I got umf 30 for myself then got offer on the umf15 (with cordyceps and ginger)
the girl said that cld be good for boy yg senang berlendir tu.. so i try lah
Also bought liquid garlic for him.

Dah makan tu honey, punyer lah pekat, aku excited scoop terbanyak.. telan jer.

No problem. One more place is at Clifford centre 1-3 June. I understand that there was a big crowd in Jurong point. So you prepare that Q will be very long.

eat honey must use plastic.
metal components will destroy all the nutrients in the honey.

i remember a kolig told me once...
if u scoop with metal spoon, its as good as throw the whole jar!

I saw it at the Banquet bugis outlet. I went there for Lunch. I eat Yoo Tau foo last time till I know the people there. There told me also.
