I marah dari smlm bt dah cool down BUT she did it again!
Example:-
I told her to snd an invoice to my MD and inform him that this invoice has been paid and this is just for his ref BUT tis morning, I received a BIG remarks from him. And when I askd my asst, she said..MD wasnt in SO she left on his table.
It's P&C and yet she just placed the invoice there.
One of e dept seek her to deliver some 3" red files and she told me she CAN'T deliver cos of her back pain. I told her to find some solutions by delivering it 2 by 2 or take a trolley BUT she insist stating she's having the pain.
Another dept complained abt the papers that was changed to 75gsm which I'm not aware of. So I confronted why did u "downgrade"?
Alasan - save cost
But the papers keep on stuck on the mavhine and that show it's nt a good quality of papers. I asked agn WHY she didnt asked for a trial papers to be delivered before confirming to take big orders and she cnt answer me.
Dia bosan, she spoke to my boss abt her back pain prob. I gegar masuk and asked my mgr what she said...my mgr ckp she wana stop delivering to all dept etc. but only applies to papers TAPI si asst nie ckp, anythg to do under stationary, dia tak akan deliver!

Apa algi, I feed back and ended my mgr and myslef load/unload the 30 reams of papers.
Ptg my mgr and MD will hv a discussion abt tis issue. Might as well dia tk payah kerja. Selalu gossip dgn kwn pinoy dia in Tagalog tapi satu benda haram pon tak buat!!!
Dia even ckp dgn kwn pinoy dia - nk belah dari coy ni once ada kerja baru.

but 3 days 2 nites go overseas tinggal anak bini kan menyusahkan gitu..
if faiq tak mencari takpe tau..
my anak dah 3 malam tido asik bangun2 ngigau nangis2..
then in the day my mil cannot even do a single things cos faiq so cranky and clingy..</font>
