if nak masak kicap daging, dun forget the rempah tumis... kayu manis, cengkeh, bunga lawang, pelaga.

my version:-
tumis rempah tumis.
masukkan bahan blend.. (bawang merah, bawang putih + 1-2 sudu lada kisar}
masukkan daging.
tuang kicap.
empukkan daging...
tuang air skit.
masukkan carrot, kentang,
cukupkan rasa.
masukkan bawang merah dipotong dadu.

Lepas tu masukkan taucu (cuci jap coz kalau tak terlalu masin) then perah air asam....then masukkan ikan yang telah dgoreng....

Naqi, my husband has decided to move to Paris. I'm so overwhelmed by this piece of news. Excited yet afraid because I have no support network there. It's to be nearer to his workplace because I am very flexible with mine. But I need to think of childcare arrangement for the boys and I've singled out Iman and PPIS. A bit was was with the other childcare centres. So must be prepared. He puts Simei as 2nd choice and BP as 3rd. Since prices are slowly coming down, we've open up our options.

Today, My company have a Volunteer Progran with Grace Orchard School. We are bring the student to a Duck Tour Trip. These children are children with Autism(ASD)and Mild Learning Disabilities(MLD). and I had volunteer myself.

We are leaving the company around 10.30am and finish around 4pm and then we can home sweet home..
