this couging this is going on and on both me and my mom pun dah coughing for 2 weeks
I brought my mom see doctor on sunday, this is 2nd time in a week
Dr says if coughing persist for another week go for xtray
For myself I dah malas nak go doctor,i just go pharmacist at guardian and take cought syrup that they recommend.

dulu adam pun slalu constipation.. at times smp nangis... i tink partly cos of susu.. but i believe the most impt is water intake.. ever since i force hin to drink 8 glass of water daily, alhamdulillah its so so much better. nowadays takde prob tu ler. kalo susu chk the iron content, milk w high iron content la yg slalu nye buat budak2 nie constipate. HTHs!

cuba baca tin pediasure tu betul2 & let me know if u can find any "milk" as an ingredient in it.
Pediasure is not milk powder, it's a supplement...

i go to the shop at the old iconic mac d pasir ris tu yg dah tutup.
opp the now defunct mac d ade shop next to the lift selling baju kids and toys.
kalau pants for my maid i buy from there.
kalau those 3/4 length bermudas can get 3 for $10
Jeans pun kekadang ade yg $10 or $15.

oh a'ah eh baru i teringat yup its not a milk bt supplement instead hehe.. paiseh ah sorry eh coz i treat it as a susu or milk for irfan.. as he cant drink other milk which will tend to gv lendir.. so now hes on karihome milk for a moment till i can mampu, not cheap seh</font>

pediasure tu from corn or sometg.. read somewhere before... betul lah tu smalldreams said.

kalo cough persisit, try take manuka honey. it works for me, kalo tak cough tu ble meleret2 smp 2wks tau.. best kalo makan manuka honey w umf. the higher the umf the better. adam has been eating tat once a week for last two mths, so far so good, kalo tak batuk and flu monthly. sakit poket!

yup.. yup.. true.. ppl keep looking at me cam nak makan wen i terkokol batuk coz smtimes its oo itchy or dry that ill cough alot of times.. n u noe wat i brought a long a dettol spray incase ppl scare of me..!!! i dont care seh.. ill jus spray to those yg tegur or cm rite up to me, even in office pun sm are avoiding me merepek seh!!"

I ask the doctor abt the cough also. I actually been cough for 2 weeks. yesterday brought my sonn to see the doctor and I ask the doctor abt my cough. he said normal cough should last for a week. if countinue then should see doctor again and the medicine swhould have antibiotic.

tapi eh, seriously kalau u sakit, flu ke batok ke, demam ke u should just stay at home. Rest. It's for yr own safety too.

The moment new maid enter my house, I will bongkar her bag..throw all that I tak suka and dont allow them to wear their baju, I will hand down my baju or buy new ones for them..
All their coli/undies I will ask them to throw away! Will buy them new sets...
No shorts, sleeveless...

the higher the better, and of cos the higher the more ex.
u google more for it eh.. aku nie baca and forget.. otak da full tak ble simpan! but since i share w adam, i buy umf10+ ajer. the higher umf not suitable for kids tho. or kalo tak naak google carik itu annie goodbargains tanye sama dia..

for mine ada sofa bed, cupboard ada tp at luar.. coz dlm study room cant fit cupboard so she get her own sets of beddings, cupboard, toiletries pun baru smlm i passed her.. ingat kan MIL & SIL dah sediakan rupanya blum so i passed her those yg $1.95 shampoo since i ada berlambak sabun i passed her yg palmolivenya since ive got that berlambak pun.. one thing gd abt dekni dia kuar bertudung so sopan skit..</font>
