Lynn / Betty, seem like we are in the same boat. Tak sangka eh kita got lumpy breasts. I pun ada byk lumps.. tapi kecik2.. dulu i pernah remove i big lump size of a 50 cent coin.. tat was when i was about 15 yrs old.
Doc ckp it's our food intake.. Like fast foods is the cause tau.. cos they use trans fats.

Shahlynn, no la, my policy covers but because of my history, it's excluded. They also have for female insurance which covers breast, cervical and illnesses prone to women.
Lynn, mine was discovered when I had mastitis while breastfeeding my 2nd boy (but that's another long story altogether). I'm see the breast surgeon every 4-6 months. Now, thinking of removing them via the vacuum assisted needle aspiration.

Nshah, lumps can appear anytime. I want to remove them because it might be benign now but with stress level so high, who knows. I don't have any history of breast cancer or any other cancers in my family pon. Lagi satu, my mom pon diabetes but it didn't affect my insurance policy coz diabetes bukan critical illness kan.

i had them when i was 20yrs and it my hb den was bf yg temankan i gi doc and sepcialist..!
Alhamdullilah all was cleared.. but every mth after my redlite, i will check.. e speciallist yg ajar i klu nak check always check after redlite..!</font>

Wati, forgot to add. Mine is all comprehensive insurance coverage covers critical illness, disabilities, death and savings. I also have a term insurance which I only pay about $30+ monthly, same coverage minus the savings part. Seriously, ni semua untuk masa depan anak. Kita merancang tuhan menentukan. Kalau apa apa yang tidak diingini berlaku, at least we know our children can get by.

Nshah, mine is they did cut around the nipple area, to remove the lump. Seriously, my other breast seem bigger than the other.. Even my mum notice..
About insurance, i think i will reconsider again tonite. I will go and read on mine. I know i ada with Prudential. My hubby with AIA. Tapi sumpah, i tak tahu what it covers.

tapi best ler korang have option to go out to eat. I ader 4 option jer:
1) mkn canteen food - kalo dah lapar sgt
2) mkn biskut kering kat staff lounge - kering, berderai and berhabuk
3) bwk bekal sendiri - slalunyer tak sempat buat
4) tunggu sampai balik umah....
i feel better now. Tapi i rasa i tak leh marah2 slalu.. kalo geram dgn bebudak jer, mesti rasa mabuk tu dtg balik.

Sab, i tgh diet. Mana makan luar. Sama dgn you cos i kerja tempat Jin Bertendang. Di Tuas. Ada canteen factory. I selalu bawak sayur, roti and meat.. then make own sandwich. Makan kat pantry. Balik baru makan nasi. Kalau tak pun, i ada simpan maggie cup or packet. Apa lagi.. letak air panas and cili sauce.. ooohh... power gedemak !

I pun... my last 5kg.... susah sey nak ilang...degil nak mampos sey dis last 5 kg. diet pun tak jln... mcm2 exercise i dah buat. I think it will take a veryyyyy loooong time.
