Mira, i'm working. Maybe next mth i try the borage seed ok.

Kat kerja ada mini toaster and microwave oven. The chicken i just boiled mlm, then keep in the fridge. For preparation, i just rendam the chicken in hot water and heat dlm microwave oven for about 20 sec. Nak kasi panas sikit... then roti toast kasi garing2, then potong mcm crotons...

Dah siap..... And trust me, it is very filling ! Kenyang tau.. sebab ada roti.
