Nottygal and Nora Aw, very simple.
wash your face clean. open the gold mask and just put it onto you face for at least 1 hour. this mask can use more than an hour if you have time. in the packing, there are some "water" left behind. don't waste it, put it on your neck and other area of your face which the mask cannot cover.
yah, one time to take note is when you put the gold mask...put the side that do not have the gold "dust" so that you not need to wash face after the process. The effect still the same. if you put the side with the mask you can just wash away the gold dust that stick on your face. After that, throw the mask and put some good Moisturize, this it to lock the "nutrition" from the mask onto your face.
