Lynzi..ya house its quite small for a 4 room..and memang expensive there but lucky i got the latest AHG ( Additional Housing Grant) & Living near parents grant all in all got 70k grant..if not i tak mampu buy the house over there..I like the location and plus point it is so near in law house so easier for me

tulah.. coz kira skg kita dah no way out lah.. coz we def cant downgrade if upgrade pun both sama bank loan which hub tak nak so duk je diam2 & berdoa agar we can still work for antoher 25yrs more lah
so mayb pelan2 we will try to buat e rumah skit2 insyallah once ada duit ah if takda ah takyalah im happy enuff liao..

if u upgrade, u can switch to bank loan.
But u can only buy bigger den ur current flat, meaning only massionate...
Dats y we bought 4room, beb... Think far, think far! At least, if nak upgrade, i still got 5room.
if u downgrade, u cannot apply for HDB loan. Strictly bankloan. unless, of course, u got good reason to appeal for HDB loan.

yup i know no way for us to downgrade takpelah.. coz serious masa kita beli rumah ni cam beli gula2 seh hehe.. cam tak terpikir kan e future act.. happy go lucky & select, confirm, sign.. hehe tp so far mmg no problem ah..

Shahlyn, mana nak dapat berribu ribu lemon so easily ehk..tats why i bought this house as a investment also, due to its good location Insya Allah, i hope to make some money and next time move to a cheaper area..U tahu tak some people sanggup take a 4-5 room here in TPY for more than 600k..fuyoh bole beli condo seh,ish ish..

Baru duduk 3 thn tau. So untung!! Tapi monthly dia, fuyoh!! $800 plus sey! aku nyer monthly instalment baru half of tat.

aiks dah turun 50% pun ur hub bising? napa? hehe lau camtu ah jgn on apa2 ah.. jadi tak ya byr pe.. hehe jus kidding.. hey girl $50 is damn cheap siak.. how i wish mine can go down camtu.. with now more ppl in e house my bill is up, up & away.. tp nasib from now till june they will turunkan skit..</font>
