now mika in K1, kelas dia ramai budak... hari2 macam2 habits he picked up. no choice. its up to us parents to guide him with the right & wrong at home.
ludah, pekik2, dah selalu kena lempang. tu pun masih buat jugak occasionally.
skit hari, he bukak seluar dia, exposed @ nenek, tanya, "nenek nak chinchin?"
tu, dah kena warning... kalau dia buat lagi, i'll make him walk around kedai bangkit, w/o seluar.
he said, boys kat class dia suka buat gitu!

tu lah mainan semuer takde yg cukup sifat, mesti ade yg dah terpecah, terkopek etc

true dah pegi school all things can pick up.. good and bad.

anyway tu dr johnson can buy from kedai jamu $10
i buy from tampines mart.
 
my mum pun ckp nur ni jealous..if adik dia duduk at my lap..dia pun sibuk.....if tk dpt..dia tolak shadiyah...

Me: Kenape bird bird you rosak?

Entah bile bird bird dia kena Bom..heheheheh

Color green green gitu, bau pun abt there.

dats wat im doing now.. jus apply e belt dgn laki2 gue pun gue tonyohkan hehe.. so kita siang kai gel cili, makan kai halia or dr johnson-seaweed coz if siang kai baju putih tak leh kai yg lagi 2 tu.. so theres 3gel on our dressing table hehe n i feel good to wear the gel for exercising best babe panas hehe</font>

lama juga nk lose weight eh.. i took 5mths to lose 9kg....... hahahaha... tu lum termasuk tone up tau.. belum lagi... masih flabby...

Lynn, hope your Naufal get well soon. It's very tiring to have a child in hospital. I've had my fair share. Dua-dua pon dah pernah masuk. The worst was when my 1st boy just turned 1 year old. 5 days in KKH. Badan sampai sakit tidur kat foldable bed.

Cik Nab, hope everything's ok with your daughter.

Shash, I admire you. Pucuk pangkal that person wants to change for the better. Itu yang penting.

The rest, hope you have fun on Friday. I definitely can't join pasal cannot take leave.

9kg in 5mths... 5mths lama u... entah...i lose weight juz like tt.. maybe cz keje penat tk? or more to mkn hati wit ppl ard me..hahahaha...

No rahsia at all... i still look fat n buncit cz my badan lebar.. unlike kak madem..so slim........ partly due to BF...

preggie i gain alot..frm 55kg to 82kg u....
 

lol..... errr.... adik tk check my weight after 1mth cz if tk lose weight juga sure very dissapointed ma... so might as well wait for 3 mths baru can see the results... hehehe...

i read in the article.. we hv to be realistic.. if we took 9mths plus to gain tt weight, we shld give ourselves the same time frame to lose all the fats...jadi tk la stress sgt...
