I know madem suke buat pilates

for me, i find balancing hard lah.. so tak minat sangat
then nak stretch and lipat lipat badan so susah
with the big obstacle at my mid-section (ie my tummy)

e class start at 12.15 &amp; i withdraw myself at 12.40 dah relax, cool down, 12.45-12.50 pi mandi out from e area at 1pm..

i really like boxercise ah berpeluh pelih seh act my body still panas &amp; with e cili gel i apply ku tgh kepanasan skg pa'kal tak leh stip.. ad info on boxercise at east? sesapa nak join, count me in eh..</font>
