Not bad tapi for the sliding glass door...make sure it's not too transparent. My gf's house byk kali makcik, pakcik, maid and husband "terlanggar" thinking there's no glass door infront of them. So in e end hv to put a "CLOSE" or "OPEN" sign stick onto the door.</font>

i wld give 1 room each to the kids
they will need the space
no comments abt the rest but u may want to consider to have tile interface at the area just outside the toilets
pasal walau mcm mane pun, kite orang melayu pakai toilet mesti basah
kaki basah sikit pun pijak kayu floor just outside toilet door lame kelamaan the wood will deteriorate.

u mean umah manissah eh...kakakaka....i dah plan to use winx stickers for that problem...kekeke...dont want my hub n son to langgar jugak..the clumy ones...

the kids rm...i memang nak kasi 1 each but hub dont think they ready yet....so we plan 6 yrs...then hilmi will take the entertainment rm..so no built ins..the glass panel will have a curtain...like those cinema nya curtain...heavy ones.....kirakan no chance kalau si bujang nak make a mess...kena lawa jerr bilik dia...
the mbr toilet kan...i also worry....but hub say we shower at kitchen toilet ...mbr only for tub use...kakakaka....waduh nak kena see how liao...

aiseyman...nak sorry sorry apahal sehh...kan i ask for comments...bilik sara ada wall lahh...apa yg takder wall...kekeke....its 3 separate rms....jus that the wall in between 2nd rm n living is glass....kalau tak the hse looks soo small....entertainment rm meaning .....no tv inside living area....pc/tv/games/stereo semua masuk 2nd rm....so peeps outside sitting at living can still see from sofa cos its clear glass...

yg entertainment rm tu kan....i plan to install single size platform for hilmi later use...but nak see the cost wise first...
the entertainment rm is there cos the living is damn small...letak tv n console jerr i bole frust pasal i tak suka living sempet....so i cakap ngan hubby nak watch tv/play games all in that rm...outside if org dtang senang....kemas n berseh.....lapang lagi...

sara in the last rm...more privacy for girls...then hilmi 2nd rm.....biar dia macam fish kat situ...pasal i tak nak kasi boys too much privacy....he can have the toilet for watever thats important to do...ahem...
tv for now lah kan...better kat dalam dulu...sini nya tv dah jatuh...hilmi buat stunt....so 6 yrs down the road i letak kat wall lahh....no console....dia pon dah besar i takyah worry abt him...my pc pon dah tauh braper kali ni...the entertainment rm hilmi can access onli wen i or hubby ada...

balcony bole buat bilik tapi u lose out space lorr in the living....i prefer the living area bigger...pasal my hubnya fam kalau datang semua kena butt to butt bila duduk...
have to see ur lifestyle camner...
for my kids pasal i grew up sharing rm wif my siblings ....so i think its ok to let them share for now...ada org kecik kecik dah have personal space...
ada living suka letak barang...i kalau bole open space jus space for sofa n coffee table....to sit n chat....

mmg act nak buat camtu.. taruk tv situ or situ for games area bt satunya till now kita lum mampu nak pasang tingkap coz now only grille sebesar2 dunia hehe.. so insyallah once we can do tingkap we will turn dat into e game or tv corner act.. & mayb e the sliding door kena go ah..</font>

hahah... my dad removed the balcony's sliding doors... den, came along mika, rammed the balcony in his walker! tergolek berkali2... kena taruk dining chairs to block. nanti, my sis' baby camner plak...
