Its actually the usual butter cake recipe but I added lots of almond for the extra crunch.

btw, i think you were with Dr Aziz kan? im seeing him now but thinking of changing to Dr Tham at KKH. cos i tengok the ESH maternity ward macam so dark and depressing seh hari tu. used to be in pink iirc last time.

Lynn02, currently im working full-time expecting insyaallah my number 1 in June09. this sat pergi detailed scan to know if boy/girl and if everything is okay.

im planning to be SAHM after i deliver, or at least work from home but nothing confirmed yet. my hubby kata nanti i stay home 4 bulan stare at the walls and the baby, i will miss the working life. my mum stays few blocks away so she said dia boleh jaga baby.

Congratulations, Insya Allah all will be okay and you will have a safe delivery.

Its good that your mum can take care of the baby - nobody can do it better than our own mum.

My mum now even takes care of my granddaughter who is coming to 28 months (with the help of a domestic helper).

at first i thought nak ambik maid, but my house in punggol is very small and we combined 2 rooms into 1 for the MBR, so left 1 other room for baby. so no space for maid.

Yup its her cicit. She took care of both my girls from birth until the first one got married. But my second one (now 25 years) is still staying with her.

My mum and I live next block to each other - so convenient every day take dinner at her house *pemalas jadi tak payah masak - the whole family eats there, habis makan baru balik rumah*

Wow, you're working with a European airline - must have great benefits.

no, im working at tanjong pagar. Lynn02 at HP eh? good company. last time the girl who did my wedding gubahan pun keja HP but she left already.

zainab, wah your mum still strong eh can cook for you! my mum also cook for us on most days, then i so ungrateful..lagi boleh pack from her house so can eat with hubby at our house. sigh...
