I hope things work out for your family. Sometimes in tough times, we might not get our desired solutions, but insya-Allah you'll pull through somehow. Coz i believe family support for you is very strong. I remember last time, almost hari2 yr parents hantar / amik Nadiya from school.

Morning nice mummies, hari ni log in lambat sikit pasal ada hal dengan boss.

Due to the recession our company badly affected because of the properties here, in Malaysia and China - every month making losses so he asked me if I am willing to work half day with pay cut of course.

Actually I have been thinking of quitting my job for quite some time already since tak banyak kerja and boring everyday.

So I grab the opportunity - at least I get the chance to do things I like and still getting a portion of my salary (cut by about 30%)

What do you all think - any comments?

If u've been toying with idea of quitting, and now u get to work half day with pay slightly cut, then I believe the choice is clear. Lucky you!

so for 12 yrs i work here alone...ape yg dia cakap so far....no jawaban...just say only..

Ok hopefully dia cakap ajer and then forget about it.

For us actually quite bad because the development
in KL (few blocks of condo and another project for high class bungalows) are not selling well. Furthermore the factories and hostels in China pun not doing so good so my boss have to keep putting in his own funds sampai sekarang so teruk. Duit dia sendiri dah transfer to company sampai more than 10 million sing dollars that's why very big headache for him.

But I can understand his situation and I am happy with the arrangement (and so is my hubby too)

smlm my dept too had a small discussion...
my AM was hinting dat there might be some downsizing of staff after CNY....but he was telling us that rest assured our dept will not be affected coz our dept is very small....downsizing plus freese headcounts....hmmmmm..but we will still rcv our performance bonus in Feb...but increament in April yet to be finalised...

Hubby on the other hand get addiotional 1 mth bonus + increament....hmmm i was asking him how;s his co doing.....he said his co. not much affected coz now they are conctrating on the IR @ Sentosa...so the funds are there..
