yup quit my job in july. wan take care own kids, hope can manage finances on single income but still depends on hubby. thot worse case , takle - work again.

yes, nadiyawati's sister. BTW u know Sri Melati from Lorong Melayu ? my family sold our flat to her. dunno where I am moving to yet.sad leave kembangan

I mean - I not sure if we can get own hse in time so that we can move straight to own hse. not sure which area too. hubby keen woodlands coz cheap. parents retire to JB. nadiya follow them but both me and other sis got tell her can stay our hse too

wat is cov ? likely going there. but tak tahu camna/when coz hubby lost job. we have enf CPF to last couple yrs but HDB needs 3mths payslip &amp; employed to give loan. I nak kerja pun tak boleh as I due give birth ard april.hope semua work out ok insyallah
 
cov is cash over valuation...meaning they got the valuation of the hse stated 245k...then they're selling to us over the valuation amount, like mine was 18k so 245+18k...cov supposed to be paid in cash on the first appointment...lucky for me is that im doing contra...meaning selling n buying appointments are the same...so hdb will transfer our profits to pay my seller the cov for us...
one thing abt resale...banyak cash....cov n also the (deposit+otp fee)<cant be more than 5k..

sorry to hear ur hub lost him job,but basically hdb rules memang strict must be employed to buy...have u tried see mp ?then ask to apply new flat ke?

well I tak harapkan MP coz actually I tried to keep the kembgn flat. just put in hubby name then shld be ok but had trouble putting hubby in coz of HDB policies. somehow tak boleh. see MP 2x, appeal minister 1x - not much use. akhirnya, after abt 2yrs cuba- give up and sell. well profits will help my parents. I not getting much from the sales.
 
put name also tak boleh? hmmmmmm.....makin susah nak get a flat now eh.....last time was easy, i apply 2mth++ dah dapat kunci....now the queues are longger...rules more strict.....
 
well my case memang complicated. I pening pasal rumah dah 2-3yrs. parens if use their kids name in the hse - memang complicated when kids nak own hse.
 
so basically u cant apply new flat...then to buy a house ur hubby need to past a few months then they accept the payslip...
wat u need i a temp place to stay lahh n wait for ur hubby nya job to settle n past the criteria...then look for a hse in resale market...resale market also might need the cash for the depo n cov...
 
yup. dun want stay inlaw, so likely go JB with my parents. cash - hubby dun have, but I have savings, its all I have and living on it rite now. rather not use that tho. wont see it again ;) but thot not all hses must pay cash ?
 
now adays so hard to find w/o cash....unlike me....hehehe...i jual tak mintak cov pasal i tink its high enuff for a 3rm...takmo tamak pasal we earn enuff , jual tinggi tinggi pon susah nak carik buyer kan..

hses from hdb tak payah lahh...macam those repurchased by hdb is cheap
 
hmm think we'd rather pay high price by CPF than cash. I guess tengok nasib juga, cari rumah without COV.

my family had to sell bit below valuation, no cash. this area memang mahal.
