Knowing abt contracts and so forth, I wonder how's our family rezeki will be next yr. Hub will ORD in mid of 2010. Duno if he'll get a contract again. All depends on his fitness level. *sigh*</font>

Living costs in most Middle East countries are now very high because mainly workers are foreigners.

My youngest brother is now is Qatar and rental for apartment has increased almost 100% since he was there about 3 years ago.

but accomodation is provided, kalau tak memang mahal sangat.

i got frens in M&amp;E and construction working in Dhubai and Abu Dhanbi too,
they say the living conditions for them is not good
somemore now dhubai is slowing down also

My dad's a retiree since Sept 08 and nw driving taxi. For my gf, he dun gt e lump sum excpt "ORD" cash to "tahan" him till he get a job. Now depleting and in a hurry to find one. Having a maid, 2 kids, car, house and a mother to feed is a headache for my gf nwdys.

He have Class 3.
