here, only upgrading dapat 10% increment...
1% being the worst... average slalu 3-4%.
even if dapat 8%, banyak mata merah...
dats y i said i'm contented with 7%...
and once you dah hit the cap for the level, u dah susah nak naik lagi & OT pun limited.
and if gaji besar sgt, dah tak bleh bising2 & tak dapat benefits from union..
 


Speaking of money, alhamdulillah boss just instructed to issue cheque for bonus.

If working in a big organisation selalu nya banyak cerita, banyak politics and banyak spy/kepoh.
 
cik nab but im so lucky...coz i ade good boss n my kerja gereks...nobody kacau.....right now in my group cuma i ajer assistant...then maybe another 1 joining....so tak banyak politikus

Kalau pasal ang pow kan, 2 years ago when my boss made big money in his investments, dia kasi the staff $20,000 each. Kita happy gila sey......

Actually kita ingatkan $2000 tapi bila tengok betul2 - its $20000 macam hard to believe gitu lagi pun its from his own pocket. Usually he gives us about $2000 on top of the bonus.

Kopi - my boss hari2 minum plain water ajer - kalau he ask for coffee or tea baru I kasi.

Don't think you will like it - its just a small company with a handful staff. But since I have been here for 24 years and so used to the environment (tons of free time everyday) so its like ok for me.

I think newcomers will find it hard to adapt because you have to shake legs everyday to fill your time and all are Chinese except for me.

my teaching bond ends this june.. i have thought of leaving several times b4 cos this job seems to require a wholeee lot more han just teaching.. lagipun, i asyik bawak balik keje.. now with my son, i tak nak neglect him pulak.. so im gonna see how i cope when i go back in april..

family time should come first..

mostly the ponds banyak koi fish.. and u can buy the fish food there to feed the fish
you can pay a fee to tangkap fish too (for kids)

bec earlier this yer my coliq kahwin, anak dia dah keluar pun, umur abt 4 mths
best jugak anak dia attend mak bapak yer wedding

a fren held her wedding whn she was 5 mths pregnant
the girl so kurus but can see the tunmmy cam she put a ball in her dress...

Memang betul - I am usually busy at month end otherwise usually hari2 I am very very free - boleh chat, read books, dengar radio, make phone calls and even leave early because there's not much to do.

Sampaikan at times I am really bored that I feel like leaving. Luckily ada this thread kalau tak every afternoon I will take a short nap.

yes, tuition pun... students yg exam, kita yg stress! and i put in extra hours time exam season....

last mth, kita banyak dating tak jadi, dating cut short cos mom ada last minute engagements...
so finally, on friday, after solat, kita terus kluar... malam baru balik! baru puas, beb!
cuma 1 thing kita masih blom dapat buat - drive nekkid @ 2am!
