i pi yishun, my best fren told me kat yishun ada sekali rupanya kat chong pang~....i sooo the malas nak jalan pi chong pang end up stay at northpoint jerr...best jugak pasal northpoint dah baru sehhh....even the Sakura dah baru n service is better...(for now) last time we went there the waitres serve our drink sampai tumpah but buat donnow jerr...she actually slam the glass on the table~! chet~

ni carik reno cont pening, nanti tengah reno lagiiii pening.. my experiance is, banyak la bende yg not expected, esp rumah yg bukan virgin
piping la, electrical la.. ape ape quoatation tambah 10K for buffer.

Tapi my hb suke buat reno, all dia buat.. jadi kalau ade ape tak kena, i can blame him
 
Mamaliz, my advise.. kalau you pergi those place for Interior Designer.. they will most prob be expensive. As they design and pay contractors to do and deliver. But if you find a contractor that can design ang get your idea, then it will be cheaper cos he don't sit in a nice interior shop. For me i carik contractor that is young and reliable. Someone who is updated on design and i also nak yg boleh dipercayai. Kan byk citer yg orang tipu bab hal reno rumah...

Soo..... the moral of the story is... you can try this link. This is a link of contractors/interior designer yg ada HDB licence.. and also the number of kesalahan (demerit points) that they got from HDB... From my point of view, it's better.. boleh dipercayai..

yup yup....we put 40k as budget but i told hubby to tell contractor its 25k and we play ard that figure also...buffer more than 10k shud be safe kan?
