I've been there a few times. I'm not one who's bothered with Spa-menyepa nie sumer.. but wen i do go, i make sure i btol2 pamper myself & go for the best.
I went for the ganggang & massage... Damn syiok.
Dunno if Kak Timah(masseuse) is still there.

Untungnya ur mum.. My mum, apa2 yg my siblings & i nak bayarkan, she asyik2 say no need, no need, no need... sampai kita at a loss of wat to pamper her with... asyik2 belikan kain..

so far setiap chalet I'd go for Downtown East.
yes, rapat2 & crowded. But since i ada budak kecik, and most of the time its just the 3 of us, dats the 'safest' place ah..
ada byk kedai & tempat makan.. & the chalet package comes with entry to Escape/WWW for 4.

Nex mth, my sis dah book Aloha Loyang.. shouldnt be a prob jugak, i think.. just drive out if nak makan!

pasal train anak sleep alone , i did it with sarah when she's four.....ok lah no prob cos she's happy to be surrounded by toys...
but now all sleep together cos ever since hilmi born, kakak eh pon menyibuk kat sini....siang kekadang she sleep her rm....chet!

The previous times I amik chalet sebab dapat voucher NTUC. Just pay $20 for 3D2N stay. So tak cerewet... Otherwise, tak kuasa akoooo.... Not worth it!

But no way its gonna be @ DownTownEast, due to the space. Now we're contemplating on either Aloha Loyang or CDANS Adventure Club @ Bukit batok...
Ahhh... if its strictly birthday party kan, I'd suggest u amik CDANS suah! Paling la suitable for parties &amp; gatherings... $100/nite only!

Drive takes abt <2hours...
the best part abt driving to Desaru, bleh singgah Kota Tinggi (Mini Kelantan), and drive ard Desaru, cari tempat makan...

I stayed 3D2N @ Pulai Springs... But musim tengkujuh, so takleh mandi laut...
But syiok for kite flying...

Family friendly, bersih.
But dat resort, was just being taken over by Pulai Management. So, they have yet to renovate the rooms. Bath tub sumbat. But the maintenance guys cepat datang wen we called.

I'd wait another year or two before making a return there...

drive/ferry ada pros &amp; cons la...

Naik ferry
- nak pergi/balik ferry terminal jer dah bercinta! jauh nyer, Mak Ngah!
- Selamat! Something different for budak2! Taklah asyik2 on road!
- Sampai tanjong Belungkor, ada van amik kita to Pulai Resort.
But yg tak best, kita stuck @ resort... and there's only 2 taxis servicing the whole of Desaru.

Drive
- tak biasa = road hazard &amp; salah belok bleh sampai KL (nie i exaggerate ah)
- bleh drive around, carik makan, singgah2 tempat lain, carik prata besi aka DVD.
