kadang helps if tell urself to relax and force body relax so muscles tak tight- if can lah. fikir2 if its pasal tak cukup foreplay. if yes, then maybe u can uerm distract his attention to other areas till u more ready

I also got the same prob, long bus journey, i mabuk. That's why, i prefer mrt. more stations but no jam. and nowadays bus drivers bila brake, boleh terjatuh dari seat.

1. I only wear G-strings at home. I dun wear it anywhere else as I dont find my pussy is being secured enough.
2. After doing the big business and the cleaning part. I will sniff my fingernails and hand to ensure there is no shitty smell.
3. I dun bother to learn the various spices, fish names for cooking. I prefer to shop at the supermarket coz they have labels. When I had to shop at the wet market I will just asked for my needs. I almost fainted when a boy asked me to show him 'DAUN SOP'. I proudly showed him 'DAUN KETUMBAR'. That boy must have gotten a free scolding from his mum because of me. I still need my friends help to educate me on this.
