Nak jual at valuation punye lah susah... 5rm i sold at $297k i bot it at $266K u know...
the house in showroom condition lagi

yes...i intend to buy 4rm at woodlands...tapi susah skit pasal semua mahal ni...haiz..

dulu masa cis bedebah dh file for divorce, dia pernah bilang i, nk jual umah dia nt easy cz its at west..lagipun near jln bahar..aeroplane slalu fly dere...so noisy...nt many ppl wanna buy his hse...if he sell pun it'll be at loss nt profit..
 
my sisnya umah near there jugak...dekat NTU sana....kena naik bas lahhh....dats why org tak nak beli....so the price drop...
 
I think jurong esp jurong west memang ade problem jual
but if u see the newer flats near to jurong point tu not bad tau, spacious
 
i tell u eh.. umah dia so small tau despite its 4rm... i tgk umah i yg 2rm ni lagi spacious.. hahahaha... my previous 3rm flat @ yishun lagi luas dari umah dia..

his living rm & kitchen is like so cramp! i find umah lama lagi spacious than umah baru..

masa i nk kahwin ngan dia, kak leha was acting so nice... she physco him nk beli umah excutive or massionate (correct spelling?) cz ltr kan dia ada satu bini wit a child lagi..she wants me to live wit her..so can take care of each other...

bedebah lagi leh tell me wah she so nice ah... i told him i don trust her la.. its better nt to live together..ltr conflict!if she so nice, ok la..slp together pun...make love together la.. hahahhahahahah...

but i noe dia ada motive..cz dulu dia force him to buy bigger hse but bedebah tk nk... and she use me to physco him..

another hal eh... dia dulu mati2 nk kereta after she get her license.. she wants a car yg mahal nye cz her gf gt such car...but bedebah was so pissed off..apa kwn dia ada..dia nk...step mampu la... He told her off "nanti i belikan u aeroplane la.." wakakakakakakakaka....

and when i preggie eh...she told him to buy car so senang nk hantar i gi checkup... BULLSHIT!!

yups its a free preview channel on starhub cable. Hari ni last day. entertaining enuff for toddlers. but i almost went mad watching the same barney, thomas &amp; friends, bob the builder at least 10 times in one day. Same episodes tau semua!
