yup, selling my house, currently waiting for yasmin here to get back to me on her result for her home loan cos she also interested....
and im selling at valuation, current valuation havents seens yet cos my agent holding the letter havent open yet....no cash...cos the last valuation was high enuff for a 3rm here, expect increase in valuation usually 5-10k tops...

And bila dapat tahu abt his MIA with this lady, she's so frustrated and he got abt 11k to clear his debt. If not, high chance out fr SAF cos he hv a very bad record. Dah puas my husband berbual dgn dia tapi tak masuk akal jugak sebab this gal, can give him 'luxury'...
