premix can be good if know how to do some tricks to it...hehe..i also bake mine with own mix..been trying new mixes..but did not turn out nice..was too swee milky..hehe..not to my liking...for cakes sweet nope just wont do...

yup i did see the premix before but did not use it cos i know its sweeter than my liking.
plus personally for me, i dont consider it baking if its just mix with water, eggs then put in oven.
hehe...no offence to anyone here eh.
ni wat i feel for myself lah.
but i know premix can save a lot of time.
then again, mixing on my own is cheaper.

i always cut down some sugar content from most of the recipes i used.
i dont follow wholesale from the recipe.
