ada free replacment for 2 years, but i have to pay for next new maid insurance of $225..which i think is not fair, the maid breach the contract then they should be the one liable for this cost on top of their penalty fees. Bap penalty fees, agent2 nie nak untung..kita yg menaggung rugi $ dan masa..

Effective this year all insurance flat rate $225..last yr my maid i paid $100, then change transfer that maid coz curi$+++..have to pay $225 for the current maid insurance, now kalau si bongok nie nak beram..then hv to pay $225 agn..my agent: Labour Express, Chinatown

The Insurance, I thoung can claim back if the maid left early...My last one... my agent need claim back the balance for me and bank into my accounts.

So she is ok with work and not like those young maids who
just want to come to Singapore to see see
but dun want to use their brain or energy to werk

ask her to ingat she come to work and carik duit utk sape
budak budak memang la nakal, kena mcm my niece and nephew hah...

so they want to work and earn money
not those early 20s type la
But my mom is quite particular abt looks
she dun want those that look garang or sloppy

But all this is luck la.. no hard and fast rule
