Like what Nora said, must not be shy to appraise yourself. I had to do 2x a year last time at my old company. Cannot be too low, but then not to high also. The main thing is be honest abt your capabilities, emphasise your strengths/achievements but at the same time highlight the areas which you think you need improvements.

You know I almost joined Discov abt 3 years ago. I got offered and was abt to sign the contract when my current co. counter-offered when I told them I wanted to leave. So I stayed. Kalau tak, maybe we'll be colleagues now...

last friday at 12.30 am, my hub ask me to rescue him pat Ford Rd..tempat pokok2 besar..rumah teres, condo type..sunyi sepi..mula i dok dlm kreta diam2 tunggu dia..matikan engine, turunkan tingkap..sekali tgk cermin..! ish! terperanjat jap..backseat nye head rest i cover dgn mask tengkorak (cite ape tu, yg muka tengkorak panjang..kain hitam, was it I KNOW WHAT U DID LAST SUMMER?) ntah..

nasib baik takda pape...hai lambat btul laki ku..sampai jam 1.30pg..takot nak dgr ria, terpaksa dgr warna..imagination running wild, seram je kalau 'DIA' landing atas bumbung kreta...

For me if got visitors from overseas, bawak pergi makan aje... I just tell them S'pore is food paradise, pple here eat 24 hrs a day...oh, and shopping... also got shops open 24 hrs...frankly speaking what else is there?
 
i tak nampak pape..yg GHOST MASK tu my hub yg sarong pat headrest belakang...cuma dlm masa 1 jam to perut i sakit sgt sgt..i mmg ada prob nie..tak boleh tunggu..tunggu je nak memberut..nasib baik tak terkencet kat situ..

Yg bulan puasa at bedok rsvr, my BIL g rumah jiran kat atas antar mkn sikit..while waiting for kwn lagi satu nak gi sembahyang terawih..he then head down towards tangga nak balik..berderau darah dia, cik pon dok situ dgn baju putih..dgn rambot panjang mengurai tundok..he just proceed down buat tak tahu..tapi my SIL sd my BIL punye muka pucat giler..it was only at 8.30pm..according to them..tangga tu selalu malap memang tak boleh berlampu..panggil town council pasang baru berapa kali pun, bsok rosak lagi..ape nak buat, they have to use dat tangga to their home.

Now time milk scandal is the time that I have to drink lots of milk! I was drinking AnMum, when I heard its also affected. Now I drink fresh milk made in Aust.

nope it was facing front,as if ngah sit g2...tapi cuma kepala dia cover headrest..tu mask memang da bertahun with me..my hub frens di hari persandingan mereka atas pelamin kena pakai tu..ambil gambar ngan all frens! as a momento..
