tu self appraisal ade form tak? Usually my place it a form with different aspects of ur work scope then ade ranking.. so u taruk la ape ranking u think ur performance is.

Tip: Dun rank urself so low bec ur boss may use that as a gauge and follow. mesti confident sikit, nanti time appraisal boss will discuss and give ranking also. usually boss will tell u reason if their ranking is diff from urs.

i went to this place at Bukit MErah, whr old HDB offices were. But my fren cakap that place dah tak de.

I had continuous heavy bleeding for more than a month (pakai overnite pad all the time k), then pegi test at SGH followed by more "invasive' that shows abnormal results, so dr suspect blocked tubes le.. time tu i just go thru motion, i dun want to know too much la, ignorance is bliss...

petlover dah email ke abt skin 79? tak sabar oi tunggu. Whr she stay, if convenient i self collect on weekends. But i thot she only doing meet up for her earlier dr jart spree.

So ada symptoms jugak eh blockage and cycts..
That time I tanya my gynae, he said usually no signs to indicate if tubes are blocked. The only way to check them is by going thru a process called HSG..not sure if this is the laproscopy you all meant? According to him, a dye will be injected to the tubes and see if it flows well..
It shld be done btwn the completion for menses but before you reach day 12..

Actually the Skin 79 organised by petlover's fren using her acct.
So its either u want to collect at TPY MRT at 6.30pm frm Petlover or opt for normal/registered mail.
The spree organiser of Skin79(Jun) email I, asked me but then again si Petlover restricted her collection venue at TPY Mrt 6.30pm which is so diff for me to accomodate..cam mane eh?

The prob is im 50-50.
I'm a confirmed staff verbally w/o any witness and when I asked the head of HR for the acknowledgement/agreement letter, she claims that the volume is very high and only applies to 1 dept. The rest will be only verbally. I asked anotr dept, dey said there shld be at least 1 HR seating bside ur mgr/boss upon ur cnfrmtn but mine, is only between my office manager and myslf. No witness at all. Tell me now, anytime dorang bolh belit kan? Sent email to HR, till now never reply. Sumthg fishy!!!
No black and white via email and letters.
This monday, Im gonna brng up to my MD why they dun issue any official letter to any of us excpt for 1 dept as tis is a very imprnt letter for each employee.
That's explain why I tak tahu mcm mane nk self-appraise myself. Semenjak dah tukar HEAD + dwnturn market nie kan...byk hoo-haa plak...

Can gimme some points how should I go about?

selalu for us we have to based on our set goals early of the yr &amp; rank ourselves so far how gd or how far we hv set the goals.. haiz.. &amp; its cmg soon, pening noh.. tp act appraisal not soo bad lah.. can jus hentam.. n ours thru emails.. or online forms..
usually our manager will back us up rabak2 ah.. bt still pun yg dptnya alahai taik gigi aku or taik telinga aku lagi byk noh.. tp apa nak buat dah mmg camtu..
nasib kitanya tak kena interview or bbual depan2 smua tru wireless form je

san, Why you don't write e-mail to them and make them write something that confirm that you are confirmed. Then that e-mails will be your proof lah....

Advise you to put higher rank cos some boss will reduce for you...but if you put high they will not lower too much...if you put lower and you end up get lower rank...so don't care just put high high....anyway they will call you and tell abt it what...

Anyone of your children take Grow, for 3 year old, chocolate favour?? My son ask me to buy 1 tin cos he want the milk shaker...I ask hin will he drink he said he will end up make one time and whole tin there nobody drink it..waste right... so I thought if anyone of your children take... I'm willing to give away...don't worry, I bought it recently....

I pegi the one at AMK. But the Dr from China so cannot speak Eng, the recep jadi interpreter. HSG also I buat, then one tak sakit, just a bit uncomfy like pap smear.

Hmmm, you're right it does sound fishy, usually upon comfirmation there's a letter from HR. You shld ask for it for your own protection.
