ok the gararuffa is the original fish that will so call "eat" the dead cell but the chin2 act the same way but while "eating" the dead cell in our leg it actually spread bacteria as well..
so when u go for the fish spa....,, ask wat fish do they use..

today me masak sup wantan and sambal sardin.
me ni tengah kelaparan sebenarnya becos waiting for my hubby to come hm and eat together.
he is supposed to work half day only today and should be home by now after the solat jumaat.
but till now, no sign of him.
jangan he has to go back to work sudah.
now terpaksa ku alas perut makan nutella roll satu gulung...ehehehe...

like last year i malas nak find gift cos i was preggy so i made potato salad, sandwiches using bacon, ham, cheese and vege...
packed all that in a bag plus 2 wine glasses and sparkling juice.
then ajak my hubby go out but tak bilang mana.
padahal i memang wanted to go sentosa for a sunset picnic.
terperanjat my hubby tengok i keluarkan macam2 from my bag.

huh..niari nak visit jiran kat bawah baru bersalin....
fish spa.. i ever try.. hmm bt im not sure ikan apa meka pakai noh.. mostly are e black fishes.. tp ada yg gedek2 & gemuk gak seh.. dia serupa cam ikan bilis tp gemuk amat.. me & hub were forced to go by MIL to try out, sampai dia yg byrkan so apa lagi go ah.. tp kau kita dua tak stop2 seh terkekek2 for the 1st 10-15mins coz its jus soo TICKLISH.. we took the 20mins je.. ikutkan hati nak terajang je ikan2 tu smua coz peh geli esp kena daerah tumit & celah2 toes.. aduh.. tak bleh angz ku sampai menangis noh.. hehe

Went to poly today to get referral for Sara. The doc cannot say much as need to do further investigations. But the appt is in a month's time, as she is still gaining weight and not throwing up everything.
Alhamdulillah, today no projectile vomitting. Sri, does your girl vomit a bit after every feed. The one from the nose very seldom is it? How come her check up at KK?
I've been to the fish spa before at Qianhu Fish Farm. Took the half hour treatment, and my feet does feel smoother after that. Relaxing experience. But the today paper featured an article about the fish spa saying that in Texas, they have banned this as its unhygienic.
I'll mark my diary too for the perjumpaan. Not too sure what to bring, let me think... Nak I bawak Arnold's???

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.
SON: 'Daddy, may I ask you a question?'
DAD: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the man.
SON: 'Daddy, how much do you make an hour?'
DAD: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the man said angrily.
SON: 'I j! ust want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'
DAD: 'If you must know, I make $50 an hour.'
SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.
SON: 'Daddy, may I please borrow $25?'
The father was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.'
The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.
The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?
After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down , and started to think:
Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often The man went to the door of the little ! boy's room and opened the door.
'Are you asleep, son?' He asked.
'No daddy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.
'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the man. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $25 you asked for.'
The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you daddy!' he yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills.
The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.
The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.
'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the father grumbled.
'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.
'Daddy, I have $50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.'
The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.
It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $50 worth of your time with someone you love.
If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of hours. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

As for Sara, monitor for now till your appt date.Tgk if same thing happens again. If happen, I suggest u go to pvt hospital and see a PD la..tunggu poly sure lambat kan.. Ni kalau things like that occurs again la..kalau tau u can wait till appt date kan.
