betul, darby tu hubby..baru smlm i post my house pics..tadi pagi bila keluar bilik, eh?! dah tukar position pulak...sampai tergosok-gosok mata jap..hmm,pdhal dia balik pukul 5pagi tadi..kok siap beli frame lagik , then gambar family develop into poster..smlm malam dia suroh i transfer our couple photos to his thumb drive..lets see what he got up his sleeve next..
 
hahaha...dia memang hands on dari bujang..our cctv pun tangan dia..

btw, u know if there is any florist at loyang point..need to get some roses for my house..so ingat nak cabut jap ke sana time lunch..

Ah ah! Dikejut kan oleh my 'VIP'(hubby)..Dia nak gi kerja then bangunn suara dia hilang..dia panic dia kejut I. Pulak tu mlm ni dia ada singing performance at one of the hotels..So kanchiong..kesian dia..sebab tu lepas dia keluar keja, I ON Pc so I tak tertdo balik sebab I knw he'll definately call me 2 minit 2 minit punya!

I heard every sun morning ada aerobics workout/pilates kat tamp punya sports hall..
It was lead by the Suria punya hmmm siapa tu that lady yg in charge of Suhaimi nye weight lost at the TV sikit hari..I cant remember her name..
I berkali2 nak pegi tapi takde members..amacam ada semangat tak nak join? I think payment is about $7-$10 after every workout baru bayar.
Usually after aerobics ada pilates..siapa nak continue can do so, or else can just leave la..
Its quite flexible la,not those yg tight to membership fees etc..

The exercise lady is also called suria i thot, dia yg programme 123 kilo ke ape kan?

Usually sunday morning send my boy to tumble tots ade nampak ahem... kakak kakak and makcik makcik kat situ dah nak balik. But i thot the lady yg organise is the one yg famous for brisk walking, cant remember her name.

Nak pegi exercise on Sunday morning, hai, ku baru nak golek golek.. weekend la baru ade chance bangun lambat sikit.

I kejar my boss tadi for some urgent papers needed to be signed before he depart to HK...Tat's e reason I'm having a "late" bfaz lor...

Ah ah tu lah..Sunday morning mcm tak larat eh? Eh aku ni sound like working mum pulak.. No lah actually housework pun freeze on sunday.. have to kalau tak SAHM got no rest day..
Kalau ramai yg nak pegi, i dont mind joining..bukannya every sunday must go kan? I heard sat pun ada agaknya but not too sure..

Tumbletots
Dulu I send sharf kat situ so that he can walk fast. It does help somehow on his gross motor skills..I started sending him at about a year old..just on gross motor skills, I would recommend.
 
lynn...bukan tido till 9...bangun ard 6 plus then main2 kejap ngan my ds...nearly 8 baru tido balik....itupun kalau my ds tak cranky

In this company every Friday @5pm is a HAPPY HOUR for all. Beers and chips on company. But like us yg tk minum, just drink coke etc...
Comes any Fri falls end mth, breakfast from 10am-11am on company.

Tak pergi mana-mana. Just mingle and gather at our level 5 pantry... =)

Yup...she's in my contact. Tot nk order the colourful blossoms for a small bday celebration for Raiyan's 1st between famliy cos we r not sure if there'll be a combo party for my boys seems all r bz. Hub will be out of town one of the Nov week...Can pre-plan like last time... =(

He sings part time. If needed to sing for company functions, wedding dinner, or clubs/pubs stand in, he'll do it. Tonite is for Company's function.
He loves to sing so he's doin it for fun..Engineer in the day, singer at nite! Hehheh

baru abis makan bubur sharing &amp; caring with other collgs &amp; sambil nak start keja baca posting dulu.. fuyoo peh panjang..
n all e houses cantiklah.. so teratur n so e hari raya nampak.. hehe rumahku hari raya ke tak hari raya SAMA je..so i cant be bothered..
i like naqi nya balcony... dulu masa baru pindah ada gak kita buat gitu, bt once we got to noe im preggy je terus botak balcony i.. smua pebbles, water feature disimpan terus hehe
skg tgh berselerak &amp; penuh dgn toys budak2 je..

Dulu2 masa I hantar my son, they did gym activities like climbing, crawling in the tunnel, golek2, gitulah..For me my greatest concern was for him to walk. So what they did, they let my son held 2 poles, and they guided him to walk by holding onto the poles. Meaning teacher holds the pole facing the child. As teacher walks backwards, child walks forward. Gradually he gained confidence and walked by himself without the poles. The poles tu at the same time practise his right n left legs..left right left right gitu..
On top of that, ada la sing a song, a short cirle time..
Tapi ni was like 3 years back..sekarang maybe kak nora kita can explain whether the approach is still the same?

ur boy dah jalan? my boy attended dari belom jalan (gymbabes) until now he's attaending 2-3. But he so into panjat panjat that my mom say ni mesti side effect tumbletots, semue dia bole panjat. You can call them to go for trial or to view the classes.
