I believe my conpany 13th mth sure have but bonuses, So far didn't heard anything yet.

Isn't 13th mth (AWS) compulsory?
Affected or not, all companies will take advantage of the situation and say they have to cut costs blah blah. In fact for the past 15 mths economy was doing good.

But the industry I am in won't cut manpower bec we are in consultancy so tak de org macam mane nak service clients. Our admin pple also not much, we run a tight ship la.

Entahlah. Kat cni smua berbual pasal economy bab kita under Funds. Wat I thnk abt the 13th mth is a must too but some said all dpnds on each comp as most of them are PTE LTD. Another note, no hearing abt retrenchment but den, ramai yg worried cos ada yg ber-famili, nak kahwin etc...

Rumours hv been spreading arnd so far. Aint sure if it's true abt the increment, 13th mth or bonuses. I tk nk mengharapkan sgt lah abt tis mtr..kang susah.. =(

13TH MTH? San, i also very doubtful aby 13th mths. My sis company didn't give them 13th mth for quite a few years...every year said company not doing well....I also thought 13th mths is a must under govt rule.

diff company ade diff policy...some compines break the 13 mth bonus to ur monthly pay...while some give a lump sum payment....

the company that im working with still raise our pay and gives us the 13 mth even that time S'pore punya economy teruk..i think that yr was in 2002 kalau tak silap.....

it up to the co. nowadays byk co dah tak practise 13mth.
they prefer to give variable bonus.

Smokers issue..sesiapa dtg my house also got to smoke at corridor pasal rumah no one smokes, not even hubby. So no choice either you smoke outside on not smoking at all.
Part jln raya pulak..pun no choice rumah those smokers bila part dorang light up jer..either hubby or myself will signal each other to get our son out of the house asap. Takkan nak suruh dorang jgn smoke kan..Sometimes pple ingat I n hubby ngada2 but what to do?My son is ashtmatic, balik kalau sakit kita yg susah..

U pakai Obagi? Obagi same effect as Dr's secret kan..also peeling rite? I used that before. They used to have a facial spa at Orchard parade. Now dah tak ada..U beli kat mana now?

My family doctor yg prescribe it for me, last year i kena break out..rabak giler..! tompok sana, jerawaat sini..mane yg tangan gatal pi picit..

it took me less than 2 months to clear all..i ikut cara my doctor suruh and the best thing i spend less than 300... Normally, people bought the whole set which consists of 6 steps but i got 3 steps je..

i think the peeling process is shorter and result is faster.

i do not wish to comment further on dr secret..its impolite kalau i put negative feedback here, because Mira is selling it. Probably Mira sd is true, now they have launched new product..perhaps my kulit yg tak serasi..anyway i pakai tahun 2000.
