i tk sgt turun katil..cuma bila nk susukan bb or go toilet but then hv to try jln jugak takut kaki bengkak. Tdo kena on my back with lots of pillow cos kalau too horiz, sakit bila nk bangun. I lagi kena naik turun tangga dlm rumah so bila turun, mlm baru naik lagi to sleep.

I tk leh tertelan itu haruan..so i took gamat jeli and air...sabar je lah ehh...it'll be better! Ada painkillers tak?? I survived on that! lol..
Breast engorgement, use breast pump ..or breastfeed je..takde susu pun takpe..it'll help to supply breastmilk..GOOD LUCK..

You velcro the binder tighter, then your tummy feel more supported. Less pain. Try sleeping on your back with the bolster in between your legs. The painkiller you continue for a few more days to manage the pain.

For the breast engorgement, pump or latch on every 2 hours. Massage the tempat yg keras2, put warm compress (but my makcik urut say put ice), then pump. sikit keluar pun tak ape. Keep trying. Kalau terlampau sakit, buy lettuce or cabbage leaves (put in the freezer for a while), put them on the breasts.

ytd my breast was super heavy n swollen.. mcm2 i buat.. put olive oil to clean n massage my breast in circulr motion.. punya la perit.. few drops of milk dripping.. bila colostrum keluar, cpt2 i scoop it n gave to my DD.. but after tt nipple abit sore.. put warm towel.. at nite put ice.. nk tdo put cabbage leaves.. nw feel much more better.. pagi2 milk dh start dripping.. today aunt nk hantarkan breast pump.. hopefully after pumping, swollen dia ada kurang...guess i gt fever due to engorgement.. ate painkiller..

Madem, adik dh tighten the binder..n yes, i feel less pain.. dh tk jln bongkok2 lagi lei.. hehehe.. thks ya! Btw, dari smlm adik tertanya2.. Hw u manage to carry those 2 big bags?? i tot if c section, doc kata don carry heavy things for 2 mths... and oso siapa jaga Sara when u came to visit me?

kalau susah nak turun katil, what i did was to put a small stool next to the bed, so when u r gg down u can rest ur feet on the stool first. it helps la.

i dunno how i missed your first post.

anyway, the advice fom the rest memang betul. personally, i find that warm towels really help. i read that cabage leaves may actually reduce your milk supply so i didnt use it at all. another way is to let gravity do its work. you bend down and apply the warm towel on your breasts. tapi, kalau baru habis c-section, nak buat gini memang susah sikit.

lynzi, tell me when to collect the goodies, okay? i'll drop by your block on the way back home from school.

the weekend is almost over sey... haiyah... betul kata betty bad, penat last week belom hilang lagi.

Yesterday i bawak my mom turun geylang (this is considered historical tau bec i usually tak pegi geylang, this year dah two weekends berturut turut i pegi). Happy la dia tengok tengok macam macam... kite left teh house at 11 by the time kite nak balik dah 4pm. bile i sampai rumah nak keluar dari kreta kaki lembik la... dah takde feeling.. letih sekali.

Today the whole day out with my boy, ingat after his class he will sleep in the car while we run some errands, dia tak tido pulak, sampai rumah pukul 6 tadi dia tido, then 8.45 dia bangun... pukul brape pulak dia nak tido malam ni...takut i nak pikir...

Your son, hilmi braper tahun? Kasi makan banyak2 buah maybe? My son kalau satu hari tak berak I oso risau I buy fruits banyak2, potong2 put on a plate. Dia makan sendirik sampai abis. Dia memang hantu buah. Nasi tak suka… apple hari hari mesti makan. Kalau dah makan buah banyak2 musti berak lepas tuh. Hehehe… prune juice oso helps. I hope hilmi will feel better soon!

I had an operation last march, MC satu bulan. Then I tak sanggup to return to work in April pasal will be right smack in midst of prep for exam la, speech day la.. so I took no pay leave 2 bulan. Best time of my life!! Penat ah layankan the demands of the 2 year old, but every minute rasa macam worth it gitu! I only returned to work after jun skul hols and it feels macam I didn’t go on that longggg break pon. Penat giler ah kat skolah. I love love love being with my students in class. And kalau quit mesti will miss the buzz. But I cannot stand the admin and projects ah. Too much!

do take care. I pon dulu kena engorgement. sakit!! asal you tak breastfeed je teros? easier kan dari pump pump? i ask because i last time oso express the milk and then bottle feed my son. Very the Leceh! Sepuluh skali skejap nak kena cuci and sterilise the pump and pump milk sampai no time to sleep bila baby tido. I didn't want my supply to be low so I pump religiously evey 2 hours to mimick baby's feeding times. Lepas tu simpan kat esbok. Time nak kasi nak kena panaskan. Can u imagine.. Leceh kan??

Pasal initially bila baru2 mcm kekok kononye to breastfeed, and plus my son tak sabar. asyik pekikkkkk je bila nak susu. I could not handle his crying so nak cepat i give the expressed milk. After 2 months i cannot handle the never ending routine of it all. I cekalkan hati, i made my baby learn to feed directly from the breast! Lega lepas tuh. Tak yah cuci2 and pump2. Abis feed, baby tido, i pon dapat tido. Bila kuar jalan2 pon senang tak yah angkot botol2 and frozen milk. This one my own experience la. i dono abt the rest of the mommies though..

sri gave birth via c-sect after 11 hrs of labour... kesian dia. kalau i next time ade option to give birth normal, i wld set a time limit, 4 hrs.. no show, off we go to the OT..hehehhe

I called this the "Yati Syndrome".. My MIL pun panggil i "Yati" tau. Nie mesti dia dah aim satu "Yati" untuk anak dia, end up, anak lelaki dia yg pilih si Singa Betina nie... Muah muah aahhhh......

Mamaliz, lu jaga lu. Nanti gua dah masak Cereal Prawn gua... gua upload gambar kat sini...Saper yg tgk, jgn berbuih mulut tau... Nanti orang ingat korang kena fits plak...

Nora, rumah i pun tak dak oven lah. Kalau nak buat kuih, i pergi rumah my mum. Alahai, kadang2 tak larat seh.. hehehe. Balik kerja jer dah KO. Tak tahu bila nak buat. Kalau weekends, i selalu dah kemas rumah, i will take the opportunity tido dgn Maya during her nap time.. Best.. Mak dgn anak bleh pengsan sampai 3 jam straight.

my cousin oso just gave birth to baby gerl on saturday.
alhamdulillah hers is very short and easy labour.
envy envy aku...
she sakit from 12 noon.
kul 4 go tmc then at 4.42pm baby came out after pushing twice je.
so easy kan???
ada orang tua2 kata the easiness or hardness of aour labour depends on how much our dosa towards our parents and hubby is.
so if the labour is long and hard means banyak dosa with parents and hubby.

i went to jb yesterday to jalan and shop.
the boys and guys baju kurung at angsana is rather cheap.
i got for my hubby sepasang with faiq...both after conversion is SGD70 plus aje.
plus the baju kurung not the plain kind...its embroidered.
for boys, the range is from RM35 for plain satin or cotton ones to the most ex made of shantung silk which is RM65.
murah rite?
then my family plus my inlaws buka muntah ke darah at mutiara hotel...80over dishes...
we were spoilt for choice...
kita makan from after magrib till 9plus...

kat angsana buju kurung bapak and anak memang worth it. i previous yrs beli sane, this yr aje tak sanggup la. kalau u carik bapak anak baju kurung go to the bazaar near paya lebar mrt, banyak kedai and choices. I paid $100 for bapak and anak sepasang plus kain samping for the bapak.

abt birthing labour and dosa relationship tu ni baru first time dengar.

With regard to the labour thing, aiseh man... Actually I see it the other way. Kalau orang tu baik, not necessarily to hubby &amp; family, tapi generally baik hati, somehow you can see it. A friend of mine, is really tulus orangnya (from how I view her on the outside lah, but she exerts this aura that makes me think she's just a great person inside too). Her first labour baru 5-6 hrs. Her 2nd labour, sampai TMC je, water bag burst, terus 1 hr later dah bersalin.

Before I gave birth, my mom advised me to be good towards others...insya-Allah birthing would be easier. Terus takut seh, insaf kejap ehhehe

Sama lah tu..I pon wish i could sleep immediately after sahur. Tapi sometimes my son ni bangun to latch ...haiz.. but then again I just tido aje while he's latching. Ngantok sangat!

teringin betul i nak amik mc. tapi, periksa besar budak2 i lagi 2 minggu. so, even if i'm on my deathbed, i mesti suruh orang usung i pergi sekolah untuk mengajar jugak. i teach in a primary school.
