only reali came in after 1 week when my nenek urut massage my blocked ducts.
take a lot of water, soyabean and eat lots of white radish.
that works for me!

Sorry lah beb. I tak sempat nak jengok2 kat forum ni. My app with Dr. Keoy was on Mon 14/Apr. Itu pun I gi sorang ngan Melissa. Mel now wif jaundice too. But I just give her breastmilk and suntan her in the morning sun that's all. As for my breastmilk, initially not much. Darling yg tolong. She suckle and the milk flow increase, Aft that, I need to pump to avoid engorgement. Now, I dah jadi lembu to my 2 daughters.

So are u planning to take up single bedded? Lucky I did! Every pregnancy is different. My hubby was around all the time to help me get in and out of bed this time. I'm feeling sore down there. Moreover, Darling slept with me too. I paid $1500 cash in all - $1200 deposit and $300 top up. All in all mine is assisted delivery lah. Although I didn't take up the epidural, I took the entonox. But in the end, got to use vacuum to get Mel out. The umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck that time. So that's why I'm bruised!

my mil and auntie ckp jgn banyak minum air nanti perut jadi besar...as for meals so far i eat breakfast and/or lunch. Takde mood and also tk rasa lapar lah so i guess that's y tk banyk milk. Now bila pump only 20ml. Semalam gi chk up, i mintak my gynae for donperidone-to help stimulate milk flow and i forced myself to drink ANMUM. Maybe i will drink water before pumping lah.. try n c how it goes.

Eh bila i baca pasal u jadi part time cow to ur 2 girls...ketawa i kat depan comp. I can just imagine! Farah pulak lepas adik minum FM, she will take the bottle and help herself to any leftovers...bagus jugak tak wasted provided kalau ada lebih cos most of the time susu habis jugak but she'll just suck. Smlm went to gynae to chng my dressing and bought a box of silicone plaster for $120! At least it will last for 6mths.. it's supposed to prevent keloids and scarring.

Wah, lepas pantang ni kalau boleh bwk Shakil keluar bolehlah i ikut korang gi Safra playgym so that farah can climb and play all she wants.

Kesian u! Semalam pun i fed up ngan my hb cos i kena juggle farah and shakil at the same time whereas dia dok layan game kat hp! Usually my mum and Chris (my stepdad) wil layan farah but they had gone to meet up a fren for dinner. Shakil pulak tak nak tidurfrom 7-9pm. Lepas tu i siramkan farah sikit and got her to sleep dgn i skali tertidur! Yg kesiannya, she wanted to hold my hand when she was sleeping and we ended up sleeping holding each other's hands...kesian dia-dah rasa jealous dgn adik dia but whenever i can i will play and hug and kiss her..or carry her a while or while sitting down.

Really hope my milk flow will improve v soon!

But i told my hubby. pasal i kemas ni semua by myself, i can demand more from the sale proceeds of the house....bole i buat shopping....hahaha

Pasal BM tu kan...same lah, peeps say dun drink too much water but u can drink some before u pump and cover the breast with a warm wet towel. Masa i dengan hilmi, the ibu urut help me massage my breast then that day itself i kena engorge! So painful but bila pump bole sampai 3 bottles!!

I pun takut abt HFMD cos my kids tak pernah kena. My daughter's class dah kena 1 week suspension cos dah 6 cases in her class. Her teacher called tadi and said got 3 more cases lagi. Teruk betul. I still let my son go to school, tapi bila dia balik aje, must mandi from head to toe. I pun beli dettol wipes and put in his school bag and pocket. I macam paranoid gitu!

Also, they have this town that houses about 200 famous brands factory outlets. The coach there is like 30-50% off. Levi's is about 30 USD each. Ok, that explains my 6 bags of luggage!!

Dunno why with my second pregnancy, my tummy feels very bloated, semua I eat gives me heartburn. That day, I indulge in 2 small pieces of durian, I got heartburn the whole day!! Any mommy got cure??

Her EDD is on 24/08/08..(hoping to be on 20/08/2008)..who knows you guys must have met at the clinic before! Anyways, hope you have a smooth pregnancy. I thought I'd be the only one who is a paranoid over this case. Yesterday, some of us here went to Safra Kids Adventure. Prior to the outing, I made a call to the place to check if theres any outbreak..altho the person said tak ada but he didnt sound convincing about the measures they took to prevent. So I told the rest I'd give a pass la..and later joined them for dinner instead.

Wow! Shopping there is heaven. It must have been a therapeutic trip for you. It's really cheap there. Esp if you bought it when it's out of season. I bought a lot of LEVI's jeans and DKNY outfits there at shock prices! It's unbelievable that Levi's jeans can cost you as low as US$12. But too bad during that time it didn't occur to me that I should shop for baby clothes too.

Alaaaah, kadang kadang pun boring jugak tau. Ya, Kak Su dah start urut I. Actually the $60 tu, she said duit ubat dah. For me, dia urut ok lah. Everything is fine. No more bengkak bengkak. I told her to put alot of pressure when urut me cos in the first place, I tak pernah have any massages. Except when I was pregnant the first time. My body was previously so tensed up that it was a big relief after that massage u see.

Anyone tried Kak Freda from Bukit Timah CitraAyu? I had my prenatal msg from her. Verdict: gerek coz i had alot of tummy probs n she help 'fix' it. But didnt take her urut for post natal due to budget contraint, plus my mum wanted me to take her fren who just graduated from urut school. hehe felt like guenie pig seh...

Today had to bring my boy to the clinic, kesian dia kena stomach flu! He poo a few times already n now his butt n front is all reddish.....so far he's only cranky when he poo waktu tido jerr...kalau tak he will running n playing around...penat jugak nak layan budak budak ni kekadang...hahaha

after the dinner kan, si adam bukan tau penat tau. mak dia da nak pengsan, lagi dia nak jalan2. lepas blikan dia some books from Popular, baru la kita balik. reached home abt 9pm ytd.

sasha, aku da pegi da harbourfront tu. the collection of stroller pat situ memang la byk tapi esp the maclaren brand. i saw tt leather one u said, same je mcm Taka nye stroller. Kaler je lain. :p

How to deal with morning sickness?

I can't stand vomiting 24/7... Been like this for my 1st 2 kiddos and i remember taking alot of MC and pasang drips etc.. Boring ah!

Any tips on how to make me feel not to vomit? So far i try bau minyak kapak 24/7 and eat all the time...semua tak lut
