Ur bathroom nye pipes not as big as mine. Mine so gedek until it covers half of the small window that's why we cannot do box up. Sigh! Eee...I love your feature wall. Tot of putting it in my bedroom where the bed is. Skarang is the in thing lah. So nice!

the feature wall is wallpaper is it? Lawa..wanted to do that in my master bedroom but my hb sayangkan the newly painted wall. Lagipun it was q costly to get the person to wallpaper for us..
Actually my mil and fil bawak farah gi beach to let her walk in the sand so that dia cepat jln. Itu pun was a few mths before she really started working so nt sure if it's the sand or it was time!

farah masuk kereta terus tidur! Belum keluar carpark pun!! That was how tired she was. We should do it again.. but only weekends for me lah or friday evening.2 more weeks of school and I'll take leave..thinking of school now rasa dah tak larat.

About that pijak tanah, i think its reali a very old belief to intro the bb to the world and for bb to cepat jalan. But its done on the exact 44 days of my confinement.
Thanks for your compliments on the feature wall. I actually covered part of the wall with gypsum board, painted over it and put strips of metal on it. Another half of the wall is covered with wallpaper so not very ex lah. If do feature wall using plywood then very ex. Will set u back for at least 1k.

u can try flushing your pipes into the wall by boxing up to the height u can then paint the visible part of the pipe the same colour as your wall. For me i try to bring the attention away from my pipe by using mosaics for the shower area and using another different coloured and textured tile to create dimensions and feel.
As for being slim, i'm actually quite sad cos when i was pregnant i can fit nicely into normal size clothes but now that i've lost my weight all my pants are loose and i need to buy smaller ones. Being thin is not very nice to look at u know. Ada a bit of flesh is nice. Trust me. Been trying to gain weight using so many methods but no results. Anyone has tips??

Anyways, its better to be slim like you..at least ada allowance sikit..kalau put on look good kalau tak pun dah ok..hehhee

babylee, i have a few frens living in jumbo at wdlds. U want me to ask them? That time my toilet bowl pun ada prob. Dahlah cannot reposition, the spacing from wall to hole is the narrow one so my choices of toilet bowls were so limited. Lucky brand that has the small dimension was one of the cheap ones.

mesti u pernah dengar peeps say dat baby baru born pon dah boleh campak dalam air kan?? but then again its up to u as the parent lah wen u nak kasi dia swim...cos the parent kena confident kan...for me i let my babies start wading in the pool at 4mths...cos thats wen i stop bathing them in warm water...from 4mths onwards dah mandi air pipe terus...kalau weather sejuk ajer baru i panaskan air...now my kids loves swimming so much sampai the ayah naik malas nak go along to swim wif us...hahaha

U all tahu tak my daughter came out a week earlier and kita blm sempat beli baju2 untuk dia. Ada lah 2, 3 helai aje... Mana cukup kan. yup! my doter n son both same...i start at 4mths, starting kena tambah air pipe lebih..day by day put lesser hot water den one day i jus use pipe water straight...lap lap muka dia dulu den head..after dat main mainkan tangan or kaki dia in the water..they might cry wen u put them in but slowly they get used to it...now my kids pantang nampak pool!

tak ahh..i tak go to the karaoke place...basically our days were filled up with lots of activities n plans..macam tak cukup gitu...itu pun we extended 1 more day..hehehe

i salute u kalau betul u wait till lepas hari...pasal i tak wait pon..1mth++ i dah out at amk central, alasan nak beli itu ini for my baby, my hub pon hepi pasal dia tak confident buy the correct things...hahaha, tapi tu pon i jaga jaga tak langgar bendul..seram pasal masa my first born i terlanggar n my body was freezing wen i got home!

good for u. For me i waited after 44 days then i went out wif baby. Lots of org tua2 said its not veri good to bring baby out before lepas hari pun as immune still weak and may catch infection or disease from other people.

yah i am resigning very soon. Juz counting down the days. Hepi giler punya. My hubby actuali asked me to be SAHM. He said he can tanggung but i'm so used to working and spending my money for myself. So after resigning i'm taking a part time job, should be half day as i want to spend more time with faiq. Time tu baru i will have time to go thru the GD flashcards with him. Now for maths i'm still stuck at numbers 1-20. Have not progress to addition pun.

Last time when i started work after maternity, lepas kerja je i terus balik. Can't wait to play with baby. But now, I tend to leave her at my mil pl til evening. Kalau i balik habis kerja cepat i wud go hm and rest first brfore fetching her home...sigh...sometimes i feel i'm not a good enough mother...
Pasal swimming, i intro my doter to the pool at 3 mths. Eversince that my doter is hooked on swimming or playing with water. At that time I even selamkan dia dlm air and she didn't cry! It actually reminds them of being in our womb so it's not a new experience for them..supposedly. I still bathed her with warm water though.

i tried to use flashcard / book / VCD tapi mcm kurang berkesan gitu. I tink problem with my teaching method.

i actually did my own flashcard..I saw them online but can't remember where i gt from. Basically it's A4 cards and red dot stickers. I did for 1-20 cards but i didn't use it much... They are still in my cupboard hahaha
In fact kan, I read in an article that if we overstimulate the baby, it will actually slow down their development. It was featured in Time magazine. If we stretch them too much, they may lose focus and interest too. So it's better to expose to them at their level of ability.

i did not buy them. Mummies in my dec forum got the link so i printed and made my own flashcards. I just bought My Baby Can Read vcds but have not had time to let faiq watch.

I told my mom not to rush anymore. My mom pulak kanchiong nye orang. Before I new anything, she already signed a 15K nye reno with one apek. Just do Kitchen flooring and 2 toilets. I baru dapat quotation from Classic Ideas charging me abt 19K for kitchen cabinets and 2 toilets incl hacking of floor and wall tiles lah. Better offer kan! My mom lagi nak ambik apek lain to do cabinet pulak. Sigh....I dah tak kuasa lah.
