pasal lupa tu biasa lahh....sedangkan my hub keje fireman, i pulak tukang fire maker..hehehe, tak abis abis lupa i cook sumthing sampai banyak my periuk yg hitam pasal hangus!! nasib baik so far tak teruk sangat...
orang kata masa ngandung kita jadi pelupa, tapi ni tak ngandung pun sama jerrrr
 


sharena, cakap pasal boiling botol, i pun byk jgk terkena botol hangus. Slalu lupe... Dat tym jaga adam smp tertido2 dgn dia skali. I tink ada la dlm 8 botols hangus sume!! :p Tis tym pandai sikit, boil dlm rice cooker. haha.. Confirm tak terbakar and hangus!

Yah gerls, taking sweet things will make baby gain weight. That was what my gynae told me. Time i preggy i hantu durian. Sampai dah out of season my hubby has to go round geylang and bargain for durians cos that time dah mahal..hehe.

Aniwei, any of u has this prob tak? Since after confinement, i have been losing a lot of hair. This is not normal for me. Lagipun i have cut my hair very short and usually this will eliminate the prob tapi my hair is still falling. Ada remedy for it tak?

eh i have to agree that eating these sweet stuffs really put on the weight for us masa preggy. cos masa i preggy my no.1, i tak abis abis makan durian!! sampai durian yug lebihan tu i buat kaya n ate them day n nite...my mum cakap pasal tu my girl merah padam bila keluar , panas sangat...hehehe
yg no.2 pulak every day i mus drink abt 2 litres of choc milk!! tak minum mesti resah i!! then on my 37th wk dr suruh i induced cos my tummy too big n he see me oso cam kesian gitu...hehehehe

Hair loss after pregnancy is very very normal. For my last pregnancy, my hair loss wase hair quite drastic that I was so depressed. On top of that, I pun ada oily scalp so didnt help. I cut off my long hair to just above shoulder length & that sort of helped for a bit. But after 3-4 mths, the hair loss stopped. I think this is due to the hormones changing.

my mum said my hair loss is worsen by the fact that my baby like to sembur2 his saliva. Sampaikan yesterday my MIL recommended me to use this hair product to reduce hair loss. Paiseh i!

My massage lady is also good but if she said she will come at 2 means dia keluar rumah at 2...hahaha. Nenek2 lah katakan. She's 76 oredi. Luckily her house quite near mine so taklah dia lambat sangat.

Nasib baik nothing serious happen. U beli that oven timer lah. Put it to 5 or 7 minutes gitu. Then, time dia berdering, mesti teringat punye ur botol kat dapur. Hee...hee...

Ya lah, I now pun risau about my weight. Dulu, I gave birth to Darling, she was 2.5Kg. Now, I pun dah start makan cakes and ice cream. Cakap pasal durian, sedap pulak eh. I memang suka durian.

The name Shaqil Iman suits gitu. It's very nice.

I got 1 massage lady. Can call and ask her. I tak tahu dia nak charge brape. But u try negotiate the charges. Nama dia Suraya HP 9066 3495. But she always arrange morning tau.

Lynzi, u rambut gugur. I nye, gigi yang effect. Lagi buruk kalau gugur. hahaha.

Now I tengah nak cari baby cot. Taka BB fair nak start boleh see see look look.

Tadi my hb and I went to mustafa cos he wanted to buy dvd so beli botol farah skali. Ternampak pulak avent steriliser so my hb offer to belikan. The microwave one was cheaper but we weren't sure if it could fit our microwave. Kalau i baca zu nye post earlier, I would hv tried the rice cooker...Would have worked easily but i thought selagi air tu tak kering dia tk auto off kan? Anw dah ada ni bagus jugak lah cos it also comes with bottles (260ml and newborn nye), 2 extra teats and 2 pacifiers. All for $156. It can fit up to 6 bottles.

Hmm...from ur polls maybe will stick to that name then! Thanks ppl!

It's normal for hair loss after preg cos if u notice during preg kan, ur hair tak gugur so all the accumulation will lead to lots of hair loss after birth. For me that time tak ketara lah but tak tau pulak this time round. Maybe U can taruk minyak MBR yg org India suka sapu kat rambut dia. My MIL used to sapu kepala farah dgn minyak tu after we shaved her baby hair off and really makes it lebat tau.

I ada kakak Johor ni urut I. She's v punctual. She can even do for u bertungku - pakai batu panas then foll by massage. She charges $40. Let me knw and i'll sms u her no.

By the way, ya'll heard abt the wanted JI man on the loose? No wonder on the way to Mustafa we saw so many special ops police and army soldiers and gurkhas surrounding the area in Whitley Road. Even up to the estate after Chinese International School. Ingatkan VIP nak dtg but then we saw the ST front pg at the petrol kiosk and read abt the manhunt. Yg ngeri tu SCGS security. I'm sure they are asked to go hm immed aft sch. Takut seh! Wonder how he managed to escape!

I have both a baby cot and a playpen. Personally I find that it would be better to get a playpen cos it's more spacious and with the side netting, tak takut terantuk. Farah is till using the playpen. U can also adjust the height of the bed. And it costs cheaper than a cot. Mine was only abt 100-120. They have holders for putting baby stuffs at the side and a baby changer. More worth it I feel. My cot tu cuma for me to put downstairs in the living rm. Playpen is upstairs in my bedroom.

ooiii punye la panas kat luar, nasib baik i am not one of those policeman kena carik the fugitve tu... i baru balik office ni. This morning traffic was very bad on PIE bec of the manhunt, kalau now kira da 24 hrs dia escape, i think da naik sampan row out of singapore already.. the newspaper states he walks with a limp... now now.. its shd be easy to spot a man walking with a limp i reckon.. and also how far can he go????? maybe dia macam heroes tak, ade power?? atau prison break, ade map tattoo kat badan (hmm... i am watching way too much tv)

u masih rebus botol farah, i stopped sterilising my boy's bottles a long long time ago. i used the avent steriliser, memang bagus senang pakai, and u can simpan all the bottles in there. tapi bagus jugak zu punye idea tu eh rebus kat rice cooker.

woodlands dah hujan, i was from science park, tunggu taxi datang punyelah lame, apek tu sesat la.. dari science park sampai orchard panas terik.

for me my rambut gugur when i stop breast feeding, then i just pakai minyak rambut orang aring.. .. shortly u can see new hair growing. that phyto range, i heard good review of their products.

ni fugitive bukan sebarang fugutive, dia head of JI la... kena tahan under ISA.
 
My scalp dah memang oily so i'm trying to avoid pakai minyak. Minyak MBR memang even i cannot stand the smell. Last time during sec sch days i did use urang aring but made my scalp even worse.

Now waiting for sasha to tell me where to get that phyto hair product. Aniwei any of u ada good hairstylist to recommend?

When I had my hair loss that time, I had oily scalp so my stylist kata it cld be both that & childbirth that cause the hair loss. I pakai the Phyto shampoo for oily scalp. There are 2 types:
1) Phytocedrat - In liquid form in glass bottle.
2) Phytossoul - In form of paste & in tube

Both cost abt $28. Personally, me recommend #1 but on the whole I love their products cause it natural plant extract.
You can find Phyto products at most biggish Watsons, Guardian & also at Robinsons.

Conditioner you use as per normal but make sure tak kena scalp. Because shampoo is for scalp & conditioner is for hair

You try for 2 wks, see the difference ada tak. I used the shampoo on alternate days. If it works, you can then use once a wk & use normal shampoo every other day. I plan to go to the Phyto Hair Spa at Wheelock, now I hv sensitive scalp pulak!!!

Stylist: I use kat Kimage. I prefer male stylists but my regular stylist dah pindah so now I use this female one. To me, she's great pasal all the times I go for haircut, I get my desired look. I guess also helps that I bring along print outs...LOL!

Okie, for me i rendam dlm rice cooker. Press cook then let it be.. When i ingat then i will off la... Kalo tak ingat pun at least tak terbakar like previous incident.

I got an Avent steriliser tp i realise kan it makes the botol2 turn yellowish lar... Ade tak korang prob mcm nie? Becos dulu botol Adam sume direbus. Then sebelom Sarah pakai botol2 tu, its white. Tapi selepas masok dlm sterliser, dianye tutup ring yg white tu jadi kuning and ade jgk terkopak. Even breastpump nye part yg rubber pun tukar jd kuning tau! I tak tau la if its cos of the steriliser. Neway, i stopped using.. Still prefer to 'rebus' botol2 tu.
 
Alamak steriliser buat botol kuning ke? Me juz tot of buying one cos dah lazy nak rebus. I tot if ada steriliser can juz chuck it in and it will do its werk..hehe.

becos its too hot and tertutup..
kalo nk cepat i pakai steriliser or else i use manual -air panas dgn garam hehe

My kids' bottles have NEVER turned yellow wt my Pigeon steriliser. I sterilise once a wk. How often do you guys do it? Also, some bottles are not heat resistant so cant use steam steriliser, must use cold steriliser instead.
 
Sterilise once a week aje eh? Cos the other day i read this article in BH, this pd was saying babies below 1 need to sterilise their bottles after every feed
 
sasha, i pun sterilise once a week. Tapi botol2 tu become yellowish. Padahal less than two month tau Sarah pakai botol2 nie. And they are all hands down dari Adam.

Lynzi, i rase once a week will do lah. After every feed rendam aje dlm air panas then throw in a sterilising tablet. Kalo ari2 nak kena sterilise botol putih pun bole jd kuning! :p

When I had my boys, YES - I sterilised after every feed pasal they were premature. When they turned 6mths, once a day then eventually now, its once a wk. Dah jadi malas lah...

You shd get Sara new bottles. Plastic bottles shd be replaced every 6mths - read an article abt the plastic content disintegrating then not good for babies. Go & buy some over the weekend now!! (Reason to go shopping)

Zu, yes, bottles should be changed every six months. Now that my sons are using the same bottles, time nak tukar, berdozen kita beli coz we'll change the ones at the babysitter's place as well.

I'm using the Avent sterilizer. So far, I don't really see the discolouration because maybe I change my bottles often. Up till now, I still sterilize after every feed even though my older one is turning 3 because both are asthmatic so everything must sterilize. Kalau orang tak tau ingat I kiasu mum.

the past few days i have been using goon. I find that its good. Very soft on the skin. Tak bulky. Does not leak even though my boy sleep for 8 hours. Moreover its cheap with the promo. For S size its 63 pieces for $13.80

Good morning mummies!!!

Yesterday was very busy. From morning me and faiq went to the zoo for my hubby's family day. As it kept raining on and off we only managed to see the white tiger, tapir, monkeys, pygmy hippo and the elephant show. Most of the time we spent under the tentage they set up at the pavilion by the lake. Luckily our trip there tak merugikan cos we won 2 prizes in the lucky draw from our 2 tickets..haha.

Then we went to baby hyperstore. They are having 20% sale. For mummies thinking of getting quinny or ped perego or maxicosi, hurry!!

Any mummies thinking of going to taka babyfair alone on thurs? If ada then we can go together2..hehe.

faiq dah ok. Alhamdulillah. Saturday ni going for 2nd jab of 6 in 1 and rotavirus so be prepared for him to get slight fever again. My hse 5 rm ah. That time i did look around for EA around 800plus but tak ada yg berkenan.

Any mummies going to taka babyfair this thurs? I'm going alone so will be good if ada company...haha.

You mummies are so rajin to sterilize!! Mine is turning 4 and I have stop sterilizing long before!! Cuma each time I wash, will soak in boiling water jer..See,very the 'rajin' kan I!! LOL
 
Hi..i feel so welcome here..very warmth..Actually got this topic i would like mummies opinion..Im in dilemma of putting my son in Madrasah in mosque 4 hrs in the morning or in just playgroup 2 hrs also in the morning....hmm cause the mosque says they have incorporate english education too..don noe how true is this..So any opinions??

Actually, it's all up to individual. I guess your son will be in playgroup too in Madrasah. So all the basic stuffs and maybe the only difference is the introduction to doa.

abt sterilising bottles, i ingat i sorang aje yg bo chap, ade kaki pun rupe ye.. hehehhe
i baca all other mommies still sterilising bottles and i was thinking to my self.. maybe i bace buku babycare belum khatam lagi... sebab tu i tak tau anak da besar pun kena sterilise bottles jugak.. my mom pun tak cakap ape ape.. so today i will buy sterilising tables la suruh my mom rendam the bottles.. that time i ade jugak ask her if need the tablets she say no need... i just follow only.. hehhehe

Nora and Shermin, I sterilized, even though my kids da above 1, pon pasal it's advisable due to their asthmatic condition. That's why we are extra rajin pasal taknak their condition melarat. If not, after six months, pd kata dah no need sterilization.
 


Hi Nora aw..My son is 3 years old this year.. staying in Whampoa..The mosque i reffering is Masjid Rahimmabi.Though i wanted him to be put in Talent Plus playgroup but need to have more info..
