Yesterday lunch time went to centerpoint to collect tickets
the girl not there.. no sign or anything
I waited there for ten mins, then this ang moh datang cakap he came earlier pun no body there

ok we left

after werk i go again.. still no body at sistic counter
asked the girl at infor counter
she say sistic girl coming backin 20 mins, go on break
what teh fish it was 7 plus and sistic close at 8pm, pun nak pegi break!!

ok again i left, no tickets

just now lunch, went again
no girl but got a sign that says
"We apologise, SISTIC temporarily not available"

*slaps forehead and hentak hentak kaki seh gue*

this evening i will go to TM and collect

I've had a very bad experience quite some time ago. It was 7+ we were in the queue sekali about 10 minutes before 8pm they just put a closed sign.

People started making noise but the stupid girl just say "its 10 mins to 8 and I have to stop here otherwise I will never finish. When we made a report to the management office at Tampines Mall they say its beyond their control because Sistic is not under their control. Many people have reported about the bad service but they are unable to take any action. *geram betul*

i pernah went to TM SISTIC and 5 mins before 8 i sampai,
no one in Q and the girl say she cannot process
bec the system dah shut down.. ggrrrr...

hmm.. maybe i shd go the one at City hall today..
