anyway, im selling at valuation cos the valuation was higer than we expected, the expired valuation was 245k, so the new one shud be around there maybe a bit higher cos hdb flats increase again in price.....sell at valuation easier, dont want to be too greedy....Alhamdulillah wif wat we can...

1st few mths bila kita tak panggil pon dia datang...
now cam dah jadi pak mattempeh lak...

Biasa lah, bila dah kerja lama sikit dorang dah take things for granted.

For your information, our maid (employed by my daughter) bila baru datang I was lenient to her - tapi sekarang dah tak boleh lembut lagi - entah apa yang dia fikirkan hari2 sampai kerja pun hayal - everyday she has to be scolded especially after receiving call from home she will be dreaming.

So now I am very stern with her - dah tak kasi muka lagi (we are waiting for the new maid to come soon).
