1 pri, 2 secondary and 1 poly.
Like dad mentioned, he'll tc of e childrens need wich i dun hv to be stressed over.
Whatever we hv, be it that way.
We dun xpct my prnts to pay 50% of everythg cos wen we're at Tamp like now, mthly I'll gv mom btw $600-$650 to ease some. Our main is -- as long as there's someone we cn trust to tc of our kids at home.

I agree with Nora. Having spare cash in hand always impt. But again at the same time, getting the reno done once and for all is also another part.
Im sure you'll come to a settlement on this. By looking at Lynzi's house, 15K is worth the price la. If you are looking at only the kitchen and built in then it could be cheaper with Lynzi's contractor.
I tahu your kitchen flooring mcm mana and I hate that. Kasar sgt nanti kitanya heels sakit tau lama2 pijak tht kind of floor.

Ikutkan cheaper fr e look of it bt wen I received e rough quotation -- wiring, plastering dah mkn masuk beribu. So i can forsee lau nk ada built in wardrobe etc...
I tak sure cmne nk elaborate abt my kitchen florring to all..lucky thg u got e picture..hehe!
My tumit dah terkopek-kopek fyi due to e rough surface...

if u ade backup for ur finance...then its best u bayar semua cash for reno...if not 50-50 its not bad either.....

kalau kitchen yg sederhana n cat...less than 10k shld be more than sufficient.....i guess u nak kena rajin survey ...i dun hv anyone to recommend though coz my previous contractor kena sumpah hahaha...now dorang dah tak operate lagik

ye lah, i malas nak bace review banyak banyak, org cakap bagus je beli la try, price pun ok pe. Dah pakai banyak banyak kalau muke ni tak jadi smooth and taut macam Nicole Kidman pun tak tau ape nak cakap.. hehheheh (standard very high seh..)

dulu i nya honda civic also kinda cekik minyak tp yg tak tahan dianya rosak aduh every mth ada je benda yg rosak &amp; tak kena dari beli sampailah nak jual.. at last terpaksa let go coz engine dah overhaul seh.. n now we r happy enuff with our WISH..

Eldest is 26 yrs old. Not living with us. Nw with his wife's family but in the process of divorcing.*sigh*
Pity the kids cos they're on hardshp nwdys. Most of e time esp with rice + salt soup.

Our's a Chevrolet Aveo 1.4. OPC since he own a bike too. Hub wanted so much to hv Stream but I tak kasi cos yg byk mkn hati ialah I -- faham faham jer lah eh. =p

huh? hehehe... sorrie.. i mean, buy car engine oil from other supplier besides those offered by car companies which usually charge abt $108 per bottle. Petrol station selling abt $90+
can buy from outside (Me..) then ask your respective car company to change the engine oil for u, they will charge u labour cost only. (Ni applies for Honda, other companies i tak tau..)
Shell Ultra (SAE5W/40-Fully Synthetic), 4litres. more than 30% cheaper

My hb also drive wish, so far i think dia paling suke this car. kalau tak dia pakai kreta tak sampai 2 yrs nak tukar.

Wish kat singapore banyak oh.. i think its population boleh kata equivalent to altis.

memang betol. esp kat multi storey car park. Kalau u all familiar dgn Tan Tock Seng Hospital, you shd know the jalan yg pusing pusing nak masuk the basement carpark tu.. oii sungguh mencabar.. so NARROW. Takut ah.

My hubby pakai Subaru Forrester... what a fuel guzzler tho he maintains otherwise. I tak brani nak drive kereta tu, it's too big for me. My parking sucks... takut sekali kalau langgar a stationery car

I pon suka kreta kecil. Easier parking -- my 2 cents tots. Kreta kalau besar, besar lagi keraknya. Kalau kita nk fikir utk orng lain, yg byr kita bukan dorang. Betul tk?
