Wah tats good tats the spirit. Diff family diff style kan. Haha my in laws atill does tat but kan dorang ni pelik sikit Hari Raya tak suke pakai baju raya. All wear normal casual clothes when i came in the picture then now my MIL and BIL start. Even hubby don favour but i have to teach him so that my son will follow. Setahun hanya sekali kan?

Hullo mommies!
Hari ni i dah start cuti lah if not my mom tak boleh buat kerja langsung kalau si adam ada kat rumah.
morning pergi my prenatal check up, lepas tu I asked my hub to wait for me kejap while I buy some sotong kering & ayam kat geylang market. Fooh... mood raya, bukan main lagi!!! Makcik2 dah tua2 pon masok pasar beli daun pisang,etc. People were just shopping away for their marketing stuff!
After that gi tukar $$ baru, then went to buy some drinks for hari raya.
Jap lagi nak start masak something for buka. only hubby buka today.I tak puasa lah sebab tadi overshot sahur, and I was so hungry, so I ate whoops..

sounds very busy! do take care. I pun 1st day quite busy. Go mom's place, go MIL's place then jalan with hubby's side. Usually 12 midnight baru habis. haizz....
I hope this year I have an excuse to end early due to toddler and pregnancy. hehehe.... it's really tiring for the body.

I guess different families operate differently.
Kalau my brother tengah tido, memang nak kena. Pagi2 my dad sure dah kejut semua suruh pergi solat raya. Lepas tu, hantar lauk kat jiran2. Then kalau nak baring kejap boleh. Tapi lepas tu, terus either keluar or tunggu guests datang.

apa nak malu...diorang kat sini semua tak tau malu....kekekekekek...tak kenal pon apa tu malu....nak masuk anytime masuk jer lahh...
i pon now at times ada at times menghilang, dah jadi biskut macam zu...
15 jenis kuih banyak tu...kalau banyak sangat i boleh hulur tapak tangan ....heheh
this year confem baju warna pink, same as last yr pasal kita budget...ingat tadi tak jadi pasal ada stains sehh kat baju me n dotter nya...nasib baik bleh hilang after washing....lega~~~

mine pagi dah bangun siap keluar raya. inlaws - still sleeping till late. I try to go their hse 1st hse morning to give them face; I try go their hse early afternoon 2nd hse. both no point coz they not ready to receive us. sleeping or bz get ready go out his granny hse. no point. hope they dun thnk I kurang ajar or wat. but if they do, i dun care lah. no point go there then they not ready
anyone got tips how to get hubby involved ? we just got new hse. hubby cam in his own world, not really care.I aje sibuk clean up. I takde mood coz I doubt anyone come my hse heheh and bz with 2 kids but paksa diri else mana meriah hari raya ??

pasal habit hari raya nie kan, susah nak ubah. i have this friend, her husband pun sama maaaaaalas nak jalan raya, even to rumah relatives. you know why? sebab parents dia dari dulu kalau jalan raya, laki-bini jer yang jalan. anak2 kalau nak ikut, ikut. tak ikut, sudah. so anak2 pun besar thinking that it's not important. sekarang sendiri dah ada family, habit tu pun terbawak-bawak.
my friend's wife tu don't care and insist se insist insistnyer for them to go hari raya visiting, lagi lagi sekarang dah ada 2 kids.
pasal habit hari raya nie kan, susah nak ubah. i have this friend, her husband pun sama maaaaaalas nak jalan raya, even to rumah relatives. you know why? sebab parents dia dari dulu kalau jalan raya, laki-bini jer yang jalan. anak2 kalau nak ikut, ikut. tak ikut, sudah. so anak2 pun besar thinking that it's not important. sekarang sendiri dah ada family, habit tu pun terbawak-bawak.

Morning all
Today last day of cuti. Penatnya badan after the first day of raya. Flat seh. semalam just went over my parents' place coz my dad's siblings were visiting. After that, terus balik rumah, tido lepas isyak. bayar balik sleep debt after returning home at 12 am on 1st day of raya.

Omni, ikutkan hati memang i pun malas nak jalan hari raya. Tapi no matter what,must respect the elders lor. Actually I'm more like yr friend's hubby - I'll try to escape whenever. Tapi my hubby will insist we go. kekeke...

kenapa? is it because of your condition right now? i mean with carrying baby bump everywhere we go? memang kita penat kan? lagi lagi for me, i get night sickness, so towards the end of the day, i dah jadi merlion! everything will come out..hahah!
tapi i guess i still do it sebab nak preserve relationships with the family members. sikit sebanyak pun, my kids and even myself will kenal dengan sedara mara sendiri.

my hubby's side, his immediate relatives (aunts, cousins) memang dah verrrry close - they meet almost every month. Raya pun, they'll still visit each others' houses walaupun dah meet and go for raya visiting to extended families on first day. betul2 lain culture compared to my own family - we just visit sikit2 aje, hehe.
Yeah I guess due to pregnancy, the penat is amplified! Syukur for me, I can eat pretty much anything n not throw up. Tapi bila pagi2, I sometimes feel the urge to throw up.
