u kalau nak drop out after ur turn then u need to pay for the rest of that term...'one lump sum payment'...

kalau before ur turn...then need to find a replacement....then that replament will pay u ape yg u dah bayar n cont.

It's so sad eh. Sekarang we find it so hard to trust, even among family members.

I think this is the result kita dah tak rapat lagi, thanks to tinggal flat. Dulu orang tinggal kampung, very close-knit, help one another. Lagipun, our lives are so much more complicated now, not as simple as in the past, maybe that's why, $$ is always an issue.

$$$ story

1. we got out first home at sengkang, we took reno loan
2. bil sold his house got a lot of cash
3. bil hati besar (or nak berlagak) offer us interest free loan to redeeem our reno loan
4. fil encourage us to take bil offer
5. initially we make payments to one designated bank account
6. along the way bil said he closing that account, pay to another account
7. then this happen again, so far 3 bank account
8. sometimes bil asked us to pay direct to his frens bank account
9. bil having money crisis claims we short pay him
10. whn we show him the previous transactions with the closed bank accounts, he denies he got those acoounts. payment to his frens he dun remember
11. so at that time i paid him back in cash $14,300 the amt he said we short pay him
12. BUT I TOLD MY MIL MATI HIDUP BALIK PUN I WILL NOT HALALKAN DUIT TU
(.. no wonder mil benci aku eh)

bile kite ajak pi bank print all his bank pass transactiosn,
i pay the admin fees tau, he doesnt want to

tapi yg sayang yer thos acct yg dah close and pay to frens yg tak boleh prove

so dari dia ingat kite masih hutang dia, aku kasi dia tu duit, kalau boleh nak campak kat muke dia

what i learn at that time, kalau open acct 7 yrs. but closed acct they wont keep
admin fees pay by number of pages worr..

he apologise to my hb but never to me..

My time was all taken by handling the house things. Everyday after work is all out finding for stuff,. Haiz

Alhamdullilah everything is over and now only have to unpack all my stuff. Did not know moving house is rely a chore and very tiring process. Very tired as i manage everything. From finding house, contractor, design and even manage the contractors. I did not engagae Interior Designer(ID) that is why i have to supervise them myself. But Alhamdullilah all is ok and we have just moved there last weekend.
