how come hv to eat with bifimix? then its in stick form? so if i kena take both how much eh? i do wanna take supplement bt aduh.. pocket always problem lah.. thus i cant commit..

Nshah, bukan doctor pun diet plan.. Just dat i plan this myself. Ingat tak on Monday, the doctor called me to tell me that i have High Cholestrol.. and i am experiencing heart tightness.. all these drive me to be discipline. Better to prevent than cure.

Nshah, you can follow my menu as follows :

Breakfast - 2 Slices of Bread + 1 cup of Milo
Tea-Break - 1 Slice of Fruit + Water
Lunch - 4 pc of boiled chicken breast (No skin at all) + 3 slices of bread + Caesar Salad + 1/2 cup of the following (boiled potatoes / steam broccoli/ steam carrot)+ 1 pear / apple
Tea-Break - 1 cup of Milo + 2 biskut kering
Dinner - 1/2 bowl of plain rice + Chicken Soup + 1 glass of plain water
If you need supper = 1 glass of water + Fruits

Take note eh, whatever i boiled of makan is all without seasoning.. No salt / pepper / sugar.

I punyer orang tak makan cabbage + long beans + onions etc, but i subtitute dgn lettuce, baby corn, carrots, broccoli &amp; fruits..etc

at least 1hr, Before ur meals, ie lunch &amp; dinner,
eat 1pc banana.

it works, but till now kan... aku punyer malas masih mengatasi segala2nya... dats y aku blom kurus2 lagi!

tp entah eh ku tgk dianya menu cam pathetic sgt gitu.. now malam i very strict seh with myself &amp; hub tak kasi makan apa2 langsung only air jarang je hehe cruel pun ada tp cant help it ah if he dont trained now lagi susah.. coz dia lau mak dia ada smua dia pakaliao.. </font>
 
Lina, i makan nasi tapi minimal sekali... Nowadays, before makan anything, i will drink at least 1 tall glass of water. Then eat fruit, then baru makan the main meal.

Kengkawan, memang susah, tapi once you get the hang of it, insyaallah... berkesan.

kalau u ade history of tempat beranak turun and u are TTC u must go urut regularly to ensure the womb is in the rite place. this is to minimise risk of miscarriage.
This is waht my makcik urut told me, she advised me to do the same also.

If I not wrong, there are 29-30 biji. one day one biji enough so last about 30 days. But when you eat this Plum, please don't eat when you empty stomach eh. It should eat after meal. drink plenty of water after you eat one plum.
