Is Dr Ng waiting time every long?

My current pedi waiting time is very long, usually around 2 hours so I wanted to change to another pedi. However, when I called the Polyclinic the staff there told me that since I am with private pedi, they can't take my bb anymore. My bb is now 6th month, just finished her 6th month immunisation.

Kidslink waiting time is very long. The staff are very rude. We also dun't know where to bring my baby.

I was at kidslink this morning.. My daughter was having fever of 39.2degrees, imagine the discomfort she have to bear with waiting for the doc. We waited for 2.5hrs then get to see doc and was asked to do neubaliser, after the neubaliser we have to wait 20-30mins to see doc again. My poor daughter was suffering and the bills was $170! I rather go kkh. Went kidslink bcoz i'm staying in cck, and i agree that the clinic asst there were very very rude! Avoid going there if u can.
