I'm planning to prepare anchovies (Ikan Bilis) powder for my 9month old this weekend.

Preparation method:
1. Fishes are washed 4x and scrubbed clean
2. Fishes are air fried till crisp
3. Fishes are blended to powdery form
Powder can store in air tight container or refrigerated for a month.
Fantastic source of calcium for your child and a wonderful compliment to porridge/ cereal.
Price: $18 per 100g
Collection dates: From 5th June 2017 onwards
Collection venue: Raffles Place or Tanjung Pagar MRT station
First come first serve basis only.
