Yes, I think I did miss the post in between my two posts. My sincere apologies for that.
For your 3 units, normal cleaning is S$25 per unit, and it comes with 2 month warranty from water leaking. For the master bedroom which is not cold, depending on my Specialist's assessment and advice, the unit may need chemical cleaning, which is $70 per unit for standard-sized air-conds (< 12,000 BTU), and comes with 5 month warranty from water leaking.
The best is to let my air-con Specialist come over and check them (our checking is free of charge) and he can best advise you according to your air-cons' needs and conditions.
