Thank you for your interest. Usually air cond will need normal cleaning quarterly & once a year will need chemical to clean all the bacteria & smell. Just some air cond which has something blocking inside will need chemical fully dismantle my dear. The best way is to ask my specialist to check them & give you best advice on what type of cleaning is needed for each of them. The checking is free.
