Do you do top-hung bi-fold doors (without floor tracks). Also, will you be able to fit the new frame without hacking the existing door frame? I am interested in changing my existing storeroom wooden door to a bi-fold door to save space. But I don't want to have to remove the existing door frame or have any frame stuck to the floor.
