Hi,
I just bought a couple of storage bags from you. But 1 of them (L) seems to have hole. I vacuum several times but the bag will still inflate by itself.

i would suggest u get a family of 6 (one of each size and a manual air extractor) to try out the sizes. then you can better decide which size is good for u.
A family of 6 is 36.50 + 2.50 (postage) = 39.
manual air extractor is useful for S and M bags (takes around 3 to 5 min to deflate a bag), and when u go travelling cos there won't be vacuum cleaner avail.
If you have a vacuum cleaner, you actually don't need a manual air extractor or an electronic air extractor.
If you don't have a vacuum cleaner, but need faster suction, you can use the electronic air extractor, cos that works on bigger bags too. It takes seconds to deflate.

nope the manual air extractor is easy to use. just pull handle up and down to deflate, and takes around 3 to 5 min to deflate a s/ m bag.
