I think if we hold the birthday bash In hotel, it should be able to accommodate more than 50pax thus, we should not limit the # of ppl. May be we set a dateline for attendance confirmation then we see how many ppl b4 confirming the venue? What do u think? Just my opinion cos I find the more the merrier since it's a birthday bash for the kiddos.

i get what you mean. i tentatively put in this way while some of you will have to source the venue for me. some hotel may not accommodate many of us especially when we have babies crawling. safety come first if it is over-crowded. no worries if exceed over the limit. we have to see on the attendance.
