btw gals,

just wanted to check if anyone have same experience with me..

i can feel the baby movement (all bubble, fluttering etc) since 16 weeks, and start 17 weeks, it is stronger and regular (i can feel every day)..

but since 4 days ago, im at 18wid, it become "on off" alternate day, like one day can feel, next day can not feel, another day can feel it again..

im a bit worry about that, i called up my gyne, he said it is common not to feel it everyday before i reach 24 weeks.. but the weird thing is last time i can feel everyday, but how come become not regular? i tot more bigger should be more regular...

any advice or share experience?? im worry here.. thx

 
Freesia/Maia: The steamboat is really nice.. I also need to travel from my work place at sembawang to the place. But i miss their steamboat. Haha.

when can we take the 3D scan ? my detailed scan is in oct. is that when we can ask for the 3D scan? need to pay extra right ?

 
Yesterday i feel an obvious kick from my baby, first time i feel the movement. Then i told my hb, my hb put his hand at my tummy. After a while, i can feel he is swimming here and there. I ask my HB did he feel it, he say yes.

 
i didn ask Dr adrian yet.. i tot in his clinic dun have ? or he has actualy?



by the way, yest i went to see him again cos i feel cramp on my tummy, he checked and said is ok, ask me walk/do things slowly dun rush.

I also feel cramp occasionally when i walk/move around... hubby ask me to see Dr Adrian, but i thought to monitor first moreover i'm going for my detailed scan tomorrow. It is just occasionally.

Serene: I also feel cramp occasionally too.. Think is normal, maybe tummy is expanding.. Haha, out of sudden kick me at 12am, when i watch lie on my bed watching tv. Ya, excited.

The kick will come more frequent esp at nite when u lie down quietly. Later, the movement became louder, you can even see something inside yr tummy moving.

Halo Feb mummies!



Maia: dun worry, bb movements r not easily felt & they dun move often, cos they need to sleep alot mah.

When u in later stages,eg. 20weeks, u may feel more kicks than movements! :D



Currently in my 22wks+, bb kicks r stronger and occurs mostly in mornings & nightimes...

especially more when bb nudges/signals me for food! :D



U get the hang of bb movements schedule! :D

chriss: hmmmm... i ve 6 jie mei... bt my hb and i dun ve much to 'pay' them... given tat we only work for 2 yrs... plus the coming of the little one, our money are all tight up...

then we can really only afford a few hundreds... sigh... so my hb n i are wondering, eh... how would ppl think?

 
Chris: can you explain to them? cas one of my gfs got married and also just started work etc, and we told them it is ok. a bit for formalities is ok.

If no, you may take below as a guideline.

Angbaos to prepare:

1) Gate crashing - Your HB to prepare

2) Jiemeis - Bride to give as appreciation for the help.

3) Brothers - Your HB to give as appreciation for the help.

4) Make up artist

5) Videographer

6) Photographer

7) Angbao to give kids during tea ceramony

8) Angbao to give younger sibling during tea ceramony

9) Boy to open the car door

10) MC for the dinner

11) Banquet Manager

12) Reception helpers

 
Christine: The angbao is a token of appreciation. It doesn't mean need to big to show how appreciate you are. To me, if it is really a good friend, they don't ask for more, instead they should be more understanding.

My angbao amount give on actual day:



1) Gate crashing - S$188 (You may spilt the amount, like S$50, then follow by S$138) Just in case jiemei play too hard, do not want open the door. Most importantly, you have to discuss with your jiemei do not play too long or too extreme. Some HB and Brothers may not able to take it.



2) Jiemeis - S$38

3) Brothers - S$28(not drive), S$48(Drive with car)

4) Make up artist - S$38

5) Videographer - S$38

6) Photographer - S$38

7) Angbao to give kids during tea ceramony - S$4 each

8) Angbao to give younger sibling during tea ceramony - S$38

9) Boy to open the car door - S$38

10) MC for the dinner -S$50

11) Banquet Manager - S$38

12) Reception helpers - If the same jiemei, you need not to give angbao, if not the same as the day helper, give S$28.

13) Driver - S$50 I give more as he helped to drive my mum & dad to hotel.
