Recently I went to one of those party shops that used to be at Concourse and they are selling pre-packed treat bags also.
If you want to diy, you can browse around the shop for those small toys (it has something like what Arisz has mentioned).
The one that I went is AZ Gift & Trading (http://www.azgift.com.sg/index.html). It's near Waterloo St now.
I am not sure if their pricing is reasonable but it has the things that I need,
if not I'll go to the other 2 party shops that are next to it.
I think 2 of them are "related" (just my guess) or maybe all 3 of them?
There's a contact number on that website, you may also call them to check it out.

RE: refilling helium balloon

For those who are looking for refilling helium balloon, I just found a shop where you can have it done quickly. I am not sure if this is the best price in town but it is convenient if you drive.

It is at Party Haus @ Millenia Walk.

Price ranges from $1.5 to $5 per balloon depending on the size of your balloon.

If you drive, you may do a quick stop ("illegally" - best if you have a driver waiting while someone jump quickly to the shop) at one of the entrance shown below (drive in via Raffles Boulevard > Temasek Ave).
After entering the mall, Party Haus is the 4th shop on the right.

Kanna Food poisoning and throw up diarrhea so much, slept whole day sia and today feel very faint.. my fren son also kanna some virus and throw up &amp; diarrhea so u guys must be careful ya.

when I was at the Party Haus, I saw some 3D candles, in the form of numbers and wordings (Happy Birthday). Unfortunately they don't have individual 3D alphabets. For cake toppers, they have 1 type only, which is a bunch of balloon.
 
Mummies &amp; daddies, i'm quite worried abt things that shay will pick up from my family members. They tend to speak very vulgar infront of shay and even to shay. I told them b4 to watch wat they speak, but it doesnt work. And now that bb learn things fast, i'm getting more worried that shay will pick up vulgar words from them. I cant avoid meeting these ppl as they are my immediate family members. Wat will u do?
 
Ang Ku Ku (angkuku) : if u go kkh, there's one shop that sells balloons and toys, refilling helium for 1 18" foil balloon only $1, the biggest size balloon i bought only $3 for refilling. Maybe u can try there.

hi all mummies , these few days my bb doesnt wanna reall eat porridge n her milk intake dropped a bit , think she is teething , any way on how to improve situation ? other than this polliwog gatherings any others coming up? which mummy is staying at tampines /pasir ris can meet up anytime ?

Same same ... both my kids is also taking the childlife multi vit plus the one for calcium de and fish oil.. but for baby astri I only give the multi vits.
