Been so tired, Ry has hit the clingy stage. And she keeps waking up at night eh eh eh eh and doesn't want daddy *rolls eyes* She'll grab my hair so that no one else can take her when I get home. I feel bad but I really don't want to encourage that kinda behaviour.

BEETS - I agree about the muddy smell, when I baked it, it was so smelly still, so I steamed it and pureed it, froze and no more smell. She likes it anough and it's good for her so. I minced, peas, sweet potato and chicken and gave her for dinner and she loved it.

When bb needs your attention, just give her as much as you can. That's what she needs now. Don't worry that this is cultivate a bad behaviour. It won't. Baby becomes clingly or cries or wails for a reason. Just give her as much love as you can.

Anyone can confirm that the above is safe to eat while breastfeeding? I got a rash on my leg and the doctor prescribed me this. He said it's safe. I went back to google and there are conflicting views on the consumption of this. Anyone can confirm if its safe?

I also wanted to do ABC puree but i dunno how beetroot or ABC taste like, so i went to buy ABC fruit juice to try out, i like it v much! Tasted good and i am sort of hooked onto it.. Haha.

Haha, you also another very clever and creative mum Ya, ya, try it first before give it to bb so you know what to expect I would think have to steam apple, else it's difficult to blend. Try 1 beetroot + 1 carrot + 1 apple (red apple will taste nicer cos it's sweeter, if not, green apple is okay too).

When you said fever, what's the temperature? How much water your son takes in everyday? Rashes appeared after fever = fake measle, there is nothing to worry about.

fever is still ard 38.2 c . he no longer to the infant care... U ease my mind.. really rashese appear after fever is fake measle....wat a relief....

today from morning no fever.. but just now pooo alot of greenish poo poo... appetite still very bad..

he drink ard 150ml of water a day roughly.

he drink very little milk. the most he can drink is like 60ml. i try to let him drink Fm 50ml too.. but mus be by force.. cereal 1/4 bowl only..

If he doesn't drink much milk, then 150ml of water is probably too little. My gal takes 3x210ml FM + a lot of water (probably 300-500ml), so added up >1 liter of fluid leh. Plus she takes 1 full bowl of porridge twice a day.

Try to up his fluid intake. You will be surprised how important water is to keep us (esp young kids) healthy.

We'll vote and the design with most vote will be the one to be printed for all mummies. We won't be printing both cos then it'll defeat purpose of having Sept babies design. Furthermore, as I have to do up individual artwork of each name to be printed for the supplier. this will take up MUCH time. Let's stick to just 1 design. I'm currently juggling 3 other freelance work plus taking care of Ian, so I'd really appreciate if we can chop chop decide on this. Then I can have more time to do up the artwork for supplier and also supplier will have more time to print and everything will be just in time b4 Sept

This is what I did to make ABC puree... dunno if it's right or wrong way but Ian enjoys the puree

I wrapped the beet with foil then bake for an hour. Remove skin and blend together with steamed carrot. (let it cool then freeze in baby cubes) I dun like to steam apple cos I feel vit might be destroyed so as I feed Ian, I scrape apple into it. If scraping doesn't work for you then u can steam apple and blend together with the baked beet and carrot lor.
