Hi Zoom, I just use plastic bags to keep the shields- I presume that's what you are referring to and not the pump. Can use zip lock bags too. Lots of ppl do that.

Maybe you try agency? That's what that happened to me for my 1st delivery. And so lucky I got a good one so for my 2nd delivery, I got the same lady back. But better have some backup option. If CL really cannot make it, maybe Mum or Mother-in-law can help. All the best!
